The house we bought in 2018 came with a number of plumbing issues. I was very fortunate to find US Allied back in May of 2020. Since then they have made numerous visits and each time they are very nice between those who take the calls and those who come to the house. The latest issue to happen yesterday was our water heater went out. I went to their website and filled out a claim and within 20 minutes I had a response even though it was after office hours. Marie set us up with a technician to come in the morning. Howard showed up and was able to replace the water heater and bring us up to code. The customer service from US Allied is phenomenal and I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on the plumbing here. Everyone is great and their prices are so reasonable!

Kyle came out and did a good job at a fair price. He was very patient with me when I was decicing whether to go ahead with the work or not. He even said that he could waive the trip charge if I decided not to do it, which was right since nobody had told me about the trip charge, but still he could have charged me. But I decided to get the work done and there was slightly more work needed than I thought would be needed. He charged me a reasonable amount in addition to what I was quoted and, again, offered to charge me nothing at all if I decided not to have the work done. Another good thing is that Kyle was able to answer ALL of my questions and I had many questions. Plus, he gave me some advice about my whole unit shutoff valve that I never knew and the water temperature and the type of faucet that he preferred, etc. I was not happy to have to have the angle stops replaced and even split to add one for the dishwasher, but it needed to be done and Kyle made it easier for me and I learned some things and didn't have to take out a second mortgage, lol. Thanks Kyle!

I gave this rating from GO! So many companies have forgotten about the most important thing. The FIRST CALL! And not automation either. A real person, Marie answered my initial call. Marie was EXTREAMLY professional, and courteous from the moment she said ""May I help you""? The technician who came was very knowledgeable about our construction. And he was willing to explain what could and should be done in our case. Their are so many options! Our technician Burim, showed exceptional patience. Which we truly appreciate.

Used yelp messaging to get someone here after we nicked a pipe changing out a vanity. Saturday lunch time. Everyone else replied ""call to schedule"" and US ALLIED wrote back ""I can be there by 3"" and he was! Super quick and VERY knowledgeable. He took the time to point out another issue he saw and how to diy it (caulk). Fair on the price, talked about how he got that total including the Saturday emergency visit. I was impressed with the pricing, we were expecting 500+ bill. It's been a few weeks, but I think we paid about half that. Maybe an hour total he was here? We saved their info for future plumbing needs. Way prefer them over heritage.

This company is great and I will definitely use again. They knew what the issues was just from me giving them a description over email. They gave me a quote which was very fair. They came out the next day exactly when they said they would. The tech(Kyle maybe?) was quick and efficient. They did not change any of the pricing it was exactly what was quoted. They were fantastic.
