Recommended Customer Reviews

Scott did a great job. Knowledgeable and polite, he finished sooner than expected and was honest about what he could do and what he did and did not recommend doing. He completed a difficult fix on furniture, built out a closet, hung pictures, etc.

Awesome service! I messaged them on yelp and they reply within a few minutes! They answered all my questions very fast. They sent a tech out to my house within a few hours! The price was fair and the repair on the siding of my house was flawless. Highly recommend this place!

Fast, professional and nice! Upfront about pricing and efficient - I look forward to using them again (and killed wasps for me!)

My "go to" company for pretty much everything around the house. I've called them for plumbing issues (too many to list), pool draining issues, air conditioning problems, my hot water heater breaking down, etc. They are responsive, they show up on time, and I just wouldn't trust anyone else. I don't write many reviews, but they deserve it. Thank you, Tom and Zach!

Needed an electrician for a simple repair, scheduled an appointment and the electrician never showed up. When I called the main office, they told me the electrician was looking at his calendar for the wrong day. OK - I understand stuff happens. I scheduled for later that week, and at the scheduled time, no one shows up. I called the office, this time they said they had no record of an appointment. That's unacceptable. Standing me up twice - I will never use this company, and would absolutely not recommend it to anyone. If you can't count on someone to even show up for an appointment, how could you trust the work that they do?

Great work, fair prices and very fast. They brought a crew of 3 and finished all repairs in 3 days- including the removal of 750 ft of popcorn texture on a vaulted ceiling. Cleaned up their work area and hauled off all trash- not in my trash can or left on the curb for me to deal with. I definitely plan to use them again.

Quick response and got the job done. Good communication by email. Thank you!

Folks on the phone were courteous, their technician had short-term availability, technician who came to my house was professional and courteous - all around a great experience. He handled a number of tasks which I, a DIYer, was unable to handle, or did not have the tools/know-how to do.

I called for repair on 2 doors. One was for replacement of the weatherstripping on the underside of a front entry door. The door is big (48") but I did explain this when setting up the appointment. I was told by the person who came out that he could not do this and I should call a door company. I also asked him to fix a loose hinge on an interior door and he was unable to do this either (stating the drill holes into the interior of the hollow door could not be salvaged). He told me I would need to buy a new door and that it had been fixed too many times in the past (we are the original owners and it has not been fixed in the past). I was charged $79.00 for a service visit in which nothing was accomplished. The check was subsequently voided by the office.

Based on the reviews, I was pretty hopeful calling this place. The caulk where the staircase met the raiser was cracked, so I thought it was going to be an easy DIY job. I ripped out the old caulk cleaned the area and then taped everything with blue tape to get neat lines. I started caulking didn't like it, so I wiped off the caulk and tried again. I wasn't satisfied so I realized I needed a professional because there were so many corners and couldn't make it look neat like the professionals do.
I called asking for an estimate and they said all their jobs are $175/hour with a 2 hour minimum plus the cost of materials. What a rip off!! Who are they kidding??!! Those prices are outrageous! What were they planning to do to my stairs for that price?
I took a break from the DIY caulk project and then came back to it. Watched some Youtube videos and read some tips on caulking. Third time is always a charm, let's do this! It took me 2 hours to do the entire staircase and if I must say so myself, the results are pretty darn awesome! Final score Tammy 1 and caulk zero.
I am still on the hunt for a good handyman for future projects.
