Ty was highly recommended by friends. They said his work was meticulous and done right the first time. They warned us that he wasn't cheap, but was worth it. We subsequently hired him to replace two bathroom faucets and a kitchen faucet for our hot water dispenser. While changing the kitchen faucet, he noticed a slow leak in the tank. When he finished the job, the areas were cleaner than before! As my friend said, he was fairly expensive, but we'll worth it.

Ty is truly one of the finest Plumbers I've had in my home. His office called the evening before to confirm the appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. He and his journeyman removed and hauled away the old sink. They wore booties and put down drop cloths to protect the hardwood floor. They installed a new stainless steel sink, electronic faucet, disposer, and instant hot water dispenser perfectly. Afterwards they brought in their vacuum and cleansers to make the final install look showroom beautiful.

I called them and was told will call me back. Never received call back. I called the 2nd day left message, no reply. Third day I called again no response whatsoever. Don't bother contact them.

We had a water main to break and called 3 different plumbers. Ty's Plumbing was the first to come out and we're glad they did. They were professional and courteous as stated in other reviews as well as knowledgeable. They actually fixed a problem that we thought was repaired by another plumber and our cost was about $200.00 less. If the need arises for a plumber we will not hesitate to call Ty's Plumbing.

I had an emergency water main break to my house. I called Ty's Plumbing and left a message asking them to call me back. They called back within 15 minutes and there were plumbers at my house within 30 minutes of their return call. The men were professional and courteous. They looked like they had been working, which to me is a good sign! They were here for a couple of hours and took care of our problem! What impressed me the most was that I was expecting to pay around $500, but I only paid $200! Not only did they get someone out here quick, they didn't gouge my eyes out through my pocketbook and they did the job well, efficiently and professionally! I'm definitely calling them again if I ever need a plumber!
