We had Tyndall & Clark install a Central Air Conditioning Unit and also install a new Boiler and Water Heater. They also removed all the old equipment. They did all this while we were in NJ.
We HIGHLY recommend them. They were timely. They were efficient, they cleaned up everything, they sent us pictures as they went along. Great communication through the whole process. When we returned, there wasn't a bit of dust anywhere and everything worked perfectly. Thank you Tyndall and Clark for a job well done.

Was charged $130 for a 5 minute visit. The plumber provided an incorrect assessment on what was wrong. I was told I would get a call back about the invoice, but they never called me back. The bill included $30 for the visit, and an additional $100 for ""labor"". Greedy business.

We had a very disappointing experience. After moving into a new home we reached out to them as we saw they had done some work on the heating system previously. Not only value was not added, but it ended up cosing us a few hundred dollars, which we consider a charitable donation at this point.
We scheduled a preventive maintenance appointment for the heating unit, two young men showed up, one of which clearly brand new and with no experience, they spend literally 5 minutes on the system. There was no report what was checked, done or adjusted and when we inquired by phone with one of the owners were told a lot is done ""by observation""! Really??
My wife asked the boys to check out 2 faucets in the house as she was thinking this was a waiste of a visit already for which we were paying. They proceeded to made some very minor repairs without discussing any cost. When we got the bill, we discovered we were actually charged as if we had purchased brand new hardware pieces if not even more!!! Literally, for something that costs a few dollars we were charged $14 and $19 respectively.
We would not recommend to anyone working with this provider as neither the customer service nor the skill of the staff is very professional.

Have used these plumbers for years and up until was very pleased. Installed gas fireplace last winter. It worked once and then pilot started going out. They have been here twice and have not fixed the problem. All they do is relight pilot. I cannot afford to pay $125.00 every time I want to use the fireplace. The last time was three weeks ago and pilot is out again. Will call someone who knows how to fix this.
