Mike Tyminski was at my home on February 14, 2017 to look at my hot water heater. Upon his review it had to be replaced and he told me he could do it the next day, Wednesday, February 15, 2017. I gave him a deposit of $800.00 in the form of a check. The check was cashed, he has ignored my text messages and voice mail messages. Today is February 27, 2017 and the job has not been started. I will be contacting the attorney generals office along with an attorney to proceed with as small claim action.

Gave this guy a $700 deposit and now haven't heard from him for almost 2 weeks. Poor service, how long does it take to make a phone call or send a text message? Small Claims Court is next.

We had a broken heating pipe with the water constantly leaking on the basement floor. I called Mike in the early morning. He returned the call within an hour and promised to come between 2 and 4 pm. I stayed at home and did not go to work waiting for him to come. He called again around 3 pm and said that he was sorry that he would not be able to come because he has a bigger emergency at another apparently more important location.
