Tyler is the man to call for all of your plumbing related issues! He's responsive, informative and always gets the job done correctly the first time around. I can't tell you how many times I've called with last minute leaks, drains backing up, needing a new water heater for our 20 unit condo building and he always gets back to me promptly! He even had to dislodge another companies snake / cable that got stuck when they attempted to flush out our drains. I can't tell you how many times he's come to our rescue! I've informed all of our residents to call him if anything comes up because he's that good! I highly recommend Tyler James Plumbing!!!

We came home from vacation to a broken garbage disposal. Tyler picked up when I called after hours on a Friday night, and promised to be there with a new unit to install Saturday at 9:00am, and he was. Throughout the job Tyler was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and willing to share that knowledge as I looked over his shoulder. He explained how the unit works and how to troubleshoot future issues. We will definitely use Tyler for all plumbing projects moving forward.

An easy 5 stars. When I discovered my sink backing up, I called the usual big names, but, being a Sunday, they didn't think the issue warranted a same day response (or even a call back, in some cases). So, as I watched the water continue to rise, I looked a little harder and found Tyler. I called him up and he said he'd come out after he wrapped up his current job. He showed up on time, and diagnosed and solved the problem efficiently. He's very knowledgeable and friendly, and even helped me deal with some soaking wet carpet that had to go. Highly recommended.

He did not rush through the job, and it seemed like he actually cared to solve the problem rather than put a ""band-aid"" on it. He also came out to my home last minute on a Saturday afternoon. Tyler fit me in same-day at a much better price than I was quoted elsewhere. He took the time to explain the systems he was working on, the issue at hand, and how to prevent it in the future. He's intelligent and knows what he's doing.
