Tyler has been out to my house and made several repairs over the last two years or so. He is honest, very responsive, and does great work. I recently had a water heater that was leaking and was told by several people that it could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. I reached out to Tyler regarding a repair and he came out and fixed it! This is just one example of great work he has done around my home.

Tyler Cervantes Plumbing has resolved several plumbing issues for me since I moved into my new house in August 2019. I hired Tyler initially to investigate some potential plumbing problems that came up during my home inspection. He thoroughly reviewed the plumbing in my bathrooms, even going under my house to check for any potential leaks. He prioritized the work and informed me there were actually fewer things that needed fixing than I suspected, which saved me money.

I also had Tyler replace my water heater. He provided me with several options and explained the differences between the hot water heater and tankless water heater and the pros and cons of both. I've also called on Tyler for help as I've made improvements in my home.

Tyler is always very responsive, friendly and professional. He keeps me updated on how long things will take, whether he needs to order parts, and the costs involved. He is efficient and his prices are very fair. I highly recommend Tyler Cervantes Plumbing!

It's the middle of a pandemic and one of the few joys left is a nice hot bath. Imagine my frustration when I went to fill the bathtub and the hot water barely dripped out the faucet. We have a 15 year old water heater, and both my partner and I were sure it had gone kaput. We were even more sure that it would take days if not weeks to find somebody to fix it.

Enter Tyler Cervantes Plumbing and Drain. Tyler answered our call and came out for a service visit the same day. He quickly identified that we had a sediment clog. He flushed it out, checked his work carefully, and problem was solved! Extremely nice, polite, professional, and honest. He was wearing protective gear and took great care to sanitize anything he touched. We are grateful to have the life of our water heater extended, and plan on calling Tyler when our very old hot water heater inevitably goes kaput!

Last week I woke up to a flooded kitchen. My first instinct was to call a plumber and I was lucky to find Tyler Cervantes Plumbing. Tyler came out and because there was a lot of water involved he referred me to a restoration company. At this point I've had the water damaged contained, the insurance company started the process to repair everything and move forward to start rebuilding. If it wasn't for Tyler giving me the initial help I would have been at a loss not knowing where to start.
I had to have to have the water shut off to the house and my shut off valve was very corroded and about to break and he came back to replace it the following day. Tyler is an awesome plumber, very polite, reliable, knowledgeable, punctual, affordable and the list goes on.

Tyler Cervantes Plumbing is honest, transparent and low in cost. Tyler is one of the nicest, professional and honest plumbers I've come across with. He fixed a clogged shower drain with no issues where two big companies I contacted came out and inspect/tried to fix and in the end said I needed to do a 4k total pipe replacement job. (both companies said this) Tyler said that's not needed and fixed the issue with a drop head snake in less than an hour.
I have a trusted electrician and now I'm happy to say I have a go to Plummer who I can trust to get the job done and not rip me off.
