They did decent work and showed up when they said they would. They're extremely pricey though, and up charged me over $1,000 for work I later checked online and found to be about a quarter of the price on several home improvement reference sites. Good work, but watch the price and compare.

The Plumbing Guys, also known as TYJ Plumbing, are amazing professionals! When I called them I was very worried about a leak under my kitchen sink and they arrived within 30 minutes and got right to work. Quickly, they explained the problem and reviewed with me what they would need to fix and quoted the price. Soon, they had completely fixed my large problem. They finished within about an hour and everything was done beautifully! The excellent workmanship was reasonably priced. Also, I loved the way they explained everything as they worked and showed me what they were doing.
I was so relieved to have found these very positive, happy and hard-working gentlemen. You don't find service like this very often, and I will definitely call them for all of my future plumbing needs! 5 stars and highly recommend!

I found TYJ Plumbers based on a Google search for plumbers in Horizon City. I had an emergency with a clogged main drain that goes to the street. This happened late in the evening, just before guests arrived for a party. Basically, we had no toilets or could not run any water down the drains; yikes! They answered my call promptly, showed up just as promised, and resolved the problem. I greatly appreciate that they took the time to respond even though they had just gotten back from a Christmas vacation, he literally answered while getting off the plane. I highly recommend using their services.

Called this company because of the great reviews and unfortunately all they did was charge us a $250 service call and said yes you have a leak and we'll be back tomorrow to fix it. Not once did they mention it would be a $250 charge to come over. Then they never bothered to show up and instead passed the job off to a different company. They claimed it was their partner but when the new guy showed up he was clueless to what was going on. He straight out said TYJ Plumbing told him they did not want to do the job and gave it to him. TYJ is supposed to stand for THANK YOU JESUS according to Q the owner. More like thank you Jesus for allowing us to scam another family of $250. Terrible experience definitely DO NOT RECCOMEND! Shame on You!!! All you did was say yes you have a leak and it's $250 fee for coming over. Not even worth the 1 star!
