I have used TWS twice in the last 6 months. I had 2 zeperate drain pipe leaks on the first floor of my two story house. Travis is an energetic individual with a keen instinct related to plumbing. During the most recent repair, Travis needed to cut some drywall out to find the leaky pipe. He made a quick cut where he thought the leak was. It was perfectly centered on the leaking pipe, just along the studs. I was impressed. Fixed the leak in a few minutes. Saving me $100 in the process. He's a great plumber.

He has done work at my home for a slab leak a few months ago, which he fixed haven't had any problems.And now I was having problems with my kitchen drain being back up,called last night and he came to fix the problem this morning, he is definitely our plumber, I definitely will be having him come out to do the Hydrojet. Travis and Scott are hands down the best plumbers in the Antelope Valley. I have worked with a number of different plumbers here in the AV over 14 years as a home owner and landlord and have experienced a wide range of results. I had the absolute best experience with TWS Plumbing, starting with Stephanie who took my information over the phone and kept me in the loop on what was going on and when to expect Travis and Scott. TWS arrived early to their promise and understood exactly what they needed to do. The primary job I had them work on was to fix what was not to code on the installation of my Lowes water heater as completed by a different plumber. They were so on top of it, I had them do additional work at the house. Their work was first class and looks great. Travis and Scott are friendly, knowledgeable and informative and happy to consult with you on how to best accomplish the job at hand. All three of the folks I dealt with at TWS (Stephanie, Travis, and Scott) are genuinely nice people and a pleasure to talk to. I strongly recommend them for any residential or commercial plumbing need.

We had Travis and Abraham from TWS Plumbing come to our home and install washing machine hook ups and drain. I now have indoor laundry!! Travis came and gave me a free estimate for the work and was very accurate on his estimate. Jenny was very easy to work with over the phone and via text to schedule the job. They got here and did a quick and well done job and I'm so pleased! They checked their work at the end to make sure it was done right and adjusted as necessary. Get a second opinion for big jobs!

Travis came to our home to fix a pipe leak in the wall. He said it was a slab leak and he would need to jackhammer the cement. He also said there was a 2nd leak as well and he would need to re-route the plumbing from the garage to the kitchen. The re-route was going to go through 20 ft of walls. He then capped the leak and left us without hot water. The estimated cost was $3000.00. We promptly called another plumber who came and assessed the situation. He undid the cap from Travis and then recapped it where it was needed. This allowed us to have hot water in part of the house. The new plumber then went on to diagnose the leak properly. There was no slab leak nor did anything need to be rerouted. The pipe was repaired for less than $300.00 We chose Travis initially because of the positive reviews. This was not our experience. My recommendation is to get a 2nd opinion on large jobs.
