I’m the owner and proud father of three amazing kids, aged 25, 19, and 16. I feel fortunate to have my wife working alongside me daily as the office manager. She takes care of phone inquiries, dispatches calls, and manages our accounts. I love cheering for Husker football. Above all, my family and faith are what matter most to me.

We trusted Two Men & A Snake, and a employee of theirs STOLE something from our HOME while they were working on our drain!
When we noticed the item was stolen we called the police, and the company DIDN'T RESPOND for a long while!
Calyn (Vice President ) finally called back, and said their employee ADMITTED TO STEALING the item, he got fired at that time, and said someone would return it to us, and SHE WOULD CALL to let us know when!
Nobody called, and that evening the gentleman who took the item returned it to us. ( it was slightly damaged)
Calyn didn't bother to tell us anyone was coming, SHE DIDN'T SEEM CONCERNED about the situation at all!
I couldn't believe Two Men and A Snake sent a man who just lost his job to our house, not knowing how upset anyone would be.
We were very upset with how uncaring, and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL Calyn was!
We asked for money off our bill, and she said she'd have to ask ""The Don"" ( Michael, the president) and get back! I took a couple days to get back!! She said we could have $75 off our next visit from them... WE DON'T EVER WANT THIS COMPANY TO STEP FOOT IN OUR HOUSE AGAIN!!
It's been close to impossible getting her to get back to us! THEY SHOW ABSOLUTELY NO CONCERN FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!
Then I read reviews about how unprofessional Calyn could be!
I just wish I read these reviews before they came!!
If I could I would give zero stars. Unprofessional and unskilled as they never have the right parts, have to leave several times to get parts and leave a MESS every time. They waste time to make more money and waste your time because you will have hours of cleanup to do. Would never have called them but I am a renter that have to tolerate poor workmanship. So frustrating.
Jerri B.If I could rate them a zero, I would. Quoted me $99 service fee, but charged $120 plus an $8 surcharge to drive to my place. They were here less than ten minutes, lied about replacing a part, and did not fix the issue. I had someone come back and he replaced the part that was supposedly replaced the first time. This guy was good, but I'll never go back.
Donn H.My bathroom sink was clogged because my fiancé shaves his head in it. This has nothing to do with the fact that I do my hair at the sink or use hairspray. Rich came in and fixed this problem promptly and confirmed that I was right about how my fiancé should not just run his hair down the sink. I really enjoyed Rich, his plumbing skills, and his wisdom of how I am always right. Rich also
Informed me that a check saves me 5$ and I mean 5$ is 5$. Sooooo a check it was!
This company just completed a complex job of running gas lines for an outdoor grill/firepit and new indoor natural gas cooktop. Many steps were involved in the process with a number of contractors involved. My service professional, Kris, completed the project in a timely manner, keeping me informed at all times of steps along the way. He is uber-knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. He's my plumber going forward!
Dan R.I hate to say it, over the last several years I've had to call plumbers on a number of occasions. Sometimes with good results; other times bad. I won't name names but the BAD rhymes with ""Durton"". Two Men and a Snake have always treated very fairly and taken care of our problems in a timely and professional fashion. As opposed to other companies they come when they say they are going to come and I knew what to expect for cost up front. Our most recent event was to fix some shoddy DIY work I had done myself. Admittedly it could have been kind of an open ended very costly situation. But they came in got to work and managed to get right to problem, fix it and not find other things to add on to the bill. All in all if you're calling a plumber chances are you're already having a bad day, these guys have always made sure I was care free again by the time the kids get home from school.
I had the most unfortunate experience with this company. Sure they were prompt after I had called but they didn't listen when I explained that the toilet paper holder had fallen into the toilet and been flushed so they just pushed the holder further into the toilet and caused my four-plex to not have water for a weekend because the holder became lodged in the downstairs piping. When I called to explain that my landlord didn't want them to come back the owner, Cali, was incredibly rude to me. She even resisted in telling me her name (when asked her to spell her name she asked why to which I responded for my records so she quickly sped through the spelling making sure I wouldn't be able to catch it) and didn't want to take my phone number to call me back, I couldn't believe the unprofessionalism and lack of pride in proper business ethics. The next morning the plumber called and berated me about not explaining the issue and for calling the owner to complain. The plumber was incredibly mean to me and yelled at me saying I should have been more clear and he feels sorry for my boyfriend for having to deal with me. He went on to explain that my boyfriend was much easier to deal with. After this I felt justified in asking for the money back we had spent that resulted in further damages. This was met with serious resistance and arguing matches with the owner, Cali. She told me how I was wrong in every way and it wasn't until I made it clear that I would take this to the BBB and dispute it with the credit card company that she agreed to return the payment. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
If I could rate lower, I would. I had a clogged/overflowing toilet and scheduled a time for them to come between 5pm-7pm. I had shut off the main water supply. When we got home and the kids needed to use the second bathroom, I turned the water main back on, but something happened and it began spewing water everywhere. I wrapped duct tape and towels and everything I could find. When they didn't show at 7pm, I called (around 7:05) and was told by the lady who answered that they were called back to the job they had just left and I would be next. I told her what was going on...and that I was having a bit of an emergency....could she give me a ballpark.....she said no. I asked if we were talking about 20 mins...1 hour....2 hours...she said ""this is plumbing....I have no idea what they are dealing with or how long it'll take them"". I said I understood but would have to find someone to come out and help me and if I did, I'd let her know. I did find someone who was there in 15 minutes. I called her to cancel and she told me that I was rude to do that. I had called for an appointment and how rude of me to cancel. That whole conversation was her yelling at me, being so, so unprofessional and saying things that were completely uncalled for. She said ""good luck...you are going to pay an arm and a leg"". Either she's just born that way, or she was drinking heavily. She could have simply said (or called me at 7) to say... my boys are running late.... I'm sorry to hear this has escalated into an emergency. Hope you are able to find someone (since we can't be there) and if you can't, don't hesitate to call us back. Thanks for thinking of us in the first place.
Wow! I sure hope she's not the owner, but something tells me she is. I did not even need to call to cancel - that was me being courteous. And no, I did not pay 'an arm and a leg'. He was very reasonable and I will use them from here on out.
If I could rate them lower I would. I called on a Sunday, they came out put a snake down my main line one time and pulled back some roots and that was the end of the effort. The rest of the 40 minutes he was at my house he spent talking about needing to come back with heavy duty equipment. I was extremely disappointed that he did not even try to open my main drain for the hour of his time that I paid for. He left the roots on the floor by the drain and didn't clean up after himself, and he over tightened the stopper so the guys I called out the next day had to drill it out and replace it. I would never recommend this company. There are other much better, much less expensive companies in Omaha. Don't call 'em.
