Such a good experience I had to write a review!

Came home to a leaking water heater Saturday evening. I quickly called and left voicemails with a handful of companies requesting immediate assistance.

Chris was the first to call me - at 6:30am the next morning (Sunday!). We walked thru the issue, exchanged text photos of the scenario and talked through options to resolve the problem (e.g., different water heaters, cost, timing, etc..).

The end result was Chris showing up at my house by noon with a brand new water heater. The install was efficient, clean and executed properly (Mike Holmes would be impressed).

Chris is an unmatched professional in his trade - he was incredibly timely, clearly knowledgeable, honest, fairly priced and unwavering in his commitment to doing the right thing for the customer.

These guys are fast, efficient, and they know what they are doing when it comes to installing water heaters. My water heater was in a difficult location (small utility closet behind washer and dryer). They did an excellent job of removing the old water heater and installing a new one. Replacement cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!

After I wrote my Yelp review, Two Brothers called me to apologize for what happened in my previous review. They asked what they could do to make it right. Chris arrived on time and fixed the valve on a Sunday afternoon. Now it seems to work great.

I called Two Brother, they sent Chris out to see what's wrong with my water heater. He was professional and on time. He explained it to me that he could replace the thermocouple which costs less or replace the old unit. We decided to replace just the thermocouple; however the water heater still does not work. Chris was nice enough to refund my money and explained to me about everything. I truly appreciate the professionalism and honesty from Chris.

Came home to find water leaking through the walls. Not a good sign. Found these guys located in the same neighborhood, called, shot some photos with my phone and shared. Within 90', Chris shows up at our door with a replacement and installs it just as fast! Our hot-water heater also heats our closed, in-floor radiant heating and our hot, potable water. No hot water on a Friday morning. Ugh! The first place i called didn't repair hydronic water heaters. Two Brothers squeezed me in on the same day. Chris was on time and knew immediately what was wrong. The mixing valve needed adjusting. Chris adjusted it and he didn't even charge me. Fast and honest. You can't beat that. I definitely recommend Two Brothers!

I wanted to take the time to give true props to a company that exceeded my expectations and came to my rescue when I was in a time of need.

I was being Mr. Fix-It the day before Easter and had shut off the water valves to fix some leaky pipes in the kitchen before family was due the next day. When I turned them back on, the pressure valve on our gas hot water heater blew and would not re-set. Out of my league, I called Two Brothers on the advice of my neighbor who recently had his water heater replaced and within an hour I had Tyler of Two Brothers at my door. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable, but what really impressed me was how he took the time to ease my wife's anxiety by explaining what he was doing and why. All around a great experience that saved the day in time for the holiday.

I hate to just hand out 5 star reviews, but I was ridiculously impressed with my first time doing business with this company. I sent a quote request via Yelp and within about 5 minutes I got a call back. I then sent a photo of what I wanted corrected, and again got a call back immediately and had a quote. Chris was able to come out the next day (which shocked me, especially for something that was cosmetic and not urgent), and he was on-time. I'm a pretty handy guy, but I admit there are certain things I don't want to mess with, and one of those is gas lines. Chris was in and out quickly and he did a great job!

My water heater pilot light would not stay on, tried fixing it myself but it's an old water heater and the thermocouple was probably bad.  Decided to call Two Brothers because it was late in the night and they were open and had good reviews.  They told me I'd get a call for a guy to come out between 2pm - 4pm.  By the way, the guy I talked to (can't remember his name) was polite, down to earth, and competent.


The plumbing technician called earlier than scheduled, said he was in the area and could get it done earlier if we wanted.  That worked well for us.  He showed up and started working right away.  Job is clean and professional looking.  I used to do kitchen and bath remodels, so I have a decent eye for it, the job was well done.  Hauled away the old water heater and cleaned up well. 


The plumbers name was Julian.  He was solid, efficient, and an overall nice guy, easy to work with.  He didn't mind taking a few minutes to talk me through some things about the water heater and the plumbing.  He also was nice with my kids and even the dog.


I'd highly recommend them, the whole process was painless.
