I had a wonderful experience with Two Brothers Water Heater Repair. We had a very old water heater that began leaking water when certain appliances were being used, which got worse rapidly. I reached out to several vendors, and Two Brothers was very fast to respond, were clear in their communication, and offered fair prices. We were able to get on the calendar within a few days. The installation process was a breeze; super smooth and quick. These guys are fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

This company is simply the best. I woke up one morning -- a Saturday, because water heater malfunctions like to be as inconvenient as possible -- and was freaked out to see a small amount of water on my floor near the water heater. I googled ""water heater repair"" and immediately called Two Brothers.

They got back to me right away. I spoke with Tyler who asked for photos and expertly guided me through various possible scenarios. We scheduled for them to come out Monday, after Tyler reassured me that it was unlikely to be an emergency repair. And here's the best part -- when they got there, they told me it was likely a failure with the copper line/expansion tank. They switched out the tank and told me to keep an eye on it. The best part? It wasn't the $2K repair I originally thought it would be!!

These guys are super knowledgeable, experienced and just awesome people to work with. HIGHLY recommend. And if this water heater keeps giving me problems, I know exactly who to call. Thanks Two Brothers!!

28 gallon tank, under kitchen counter in condo, two big guys who can't get their mits in there, and kudos for being straight forward about that. You'll have to take photos, but the estimate is free and over the phone, so there's nothing to loose there.

Couldn't be happier with the service. Needed a new water heater with radiant heat. The first few places I called had very high quotes, which prompted me to do some research to get a better understanding of what type of heater I needed and what they cost. It became obvious the quotes I got earlier tried to upsell us on expensive units we didn't need or just quoted crazy high numbers for a standard replacement. After getting a few more reasonable quotes I ended up going with Two Brothers because 1) They confirmed my findings and clarified which heater I needed to work with radiant heat, 2) they had the best quote for a quality brand name replacement, and 3) They had great reviews and were even recommended by other small business that didn't do radian heat.

I worked with Chris. Super courteous, responsive and helpful. Chris and team came out in a reasonable amount of time, quickly did the work and answered all our questions.

Our 10-year old 50-gallon gas water heater started leaking on a Friday night, leaving us with no hot water. We started calling plumbing companies that evening, and we found a couple that we're willing to come to our house on Saturday or Sunday, but they wanted to charge us $3,000 or $6,000 to do a simple water heater replacement (ours was easy access in our garage), which we knew was way overpriced. I decided to replace my water heater before anything happened to warrant an immediate replacement. I called around to get prices, since it had been 10 years since I had to do this.
Tyler was my first call, and he was very informative, and when he quoted the price, I couldn't believe it! I told him I was going to call around, and then I would decide. I did that, and found out the potties of water heaters had, indeed, doubled! After a few days, I called Tyler back and scheduled the install.
I chose his company because of his knowledge, his commitment, and the small company philosophy.

We had a leaking tank water heater (direct vent natural gas) that was about 20 years old, and after calling this company, I immediately received instructions over the phone on how to get an estimate. In less than an hour, I received a call from the installer, who provided an estimate and said that he could replace our water heater the same day! He and his crew came to the house, and they were extremely efficient and expert in the installation. Their price was very competitive and the quality of work was excellent.

I highly recommend this super responsive, experienced and cost-conscious team. I called Chris Monday afternoon about our ancient hot water tank and he arrived with his assistant, Tom, and a new tank before lunch the next day. They had it installed in about the length of time it took me to eat a peanut butter sandwich, including making a solid base for it and securing it to the foundation. Our old tank had been balanced on a pile of concrete blocks and scrap of wood.

Chris also saved us money by repairing our main water shut off's handle. Chris told me he had installed 10, 000 hot water tanks and I really feel that we benefited from his experience. I highly recommend this company in Seattle. It is such a relief to find somebody amazing who will actually come right away and help you. And who cares about saving you money.

Two Brothers recently installed my new hot water heater and it was a great experience. I messaged them at about 9 pm on a Thursday, after my old heater started leaking. Tyler responded within 15 minutes and I was able to book an appointment for the next day. Chris and Tom showed up as promised, on time, and did the work quickly, efficiently, and cleanly and were also super friendly. And the best part? The cost ended up being less than quoted - how often does that happen?! Highly recommended, good people doing good work.
