Our water heater went out and after spending a whole morning watching YouTube's and trying to fix the thing (to no avail), then the afternoon with salespeople from a bunch of Seattle companies who convinced me that the unit not only needed to be repaired, but replaced - I was JUST about to spend $1800 on a new one when Chris called me at the end of the day. He stayed with me on the phone for almost 20 minutes and walked me through how to fix it and patiently had me keep trying until things came back online. The fix he had me do, I didn't find ANYWHERE online and it totally worked! Not only that, but it's been working great ever since and he confirmed that my unit was several years newer than all the other salesmen had told me - and doesn't need to be replaced. At the end, he didn't even ask for payment. I'm seriously a customer for life. Chris is the best.

I used yelp and got estimates from several plumbers.. Tyler was very prompt in replying and ask a lot of questions.. that was my first clue that he knew what he was doing. The quote was good, the scheduling was very convenient and the guys where very professional. These guys know what there doing when it comes to replacing a water heater... in and out in probably an hour and a half.

Awesome customer service and quality job. Called a night before and next day 50 gallon tall gas water tank/heater delivered and installed professionally. New Bradford White water tank is great so far - it's set at relatively low heat but delivering surplus of hot water. Highly recommend Two Bros.

Amazing service! When our 13 year old, 50 gallon water heater bit the bullet, I called Two Brothers at 8 am, and the water heater was removed and replaced by 12 noon the same day. The new unit is Energy Star certified, has intuitive controls, and works great! Chris was very professional, did a fantastic job on the install, and provided great advice about choosing a new unit appropriate for our home and needs.

Reliable, thoughtful and complete, reasonable price. And really nice. Highly recommend. I needed to replace a 20 year old hot water heater in a rental condo in Kirkland -- I live in San Francisco. The water heater did not have a pan, and was installed many years prior. I reached out to 5 providers. Tyler responded quickly (along with 3 others). Because he couldn't do a site visit to assess, as I do not live at the property, he asked very thoughtful questions, including measurements, as the heater was in a tight, unusual place. Others did not ask these questions -- which was a huge indication that if I went with them, they likely would have show up with a pan and heater that didn't fit. The communication with Tyler (brother) was very responsive. I flew from SF to Seattle and Curt (brother) showed up right on at promised time! He explained everything and in a little over an hour he was done.
