Absolutely incredible experience. I have no complaints. I messaged a bunch of companies for water heater replacement quotes. Tyler replied the quickest and with a quote right in line with the others but a little lower. Some of the others seemed shady or uninterested in their responses. He doesn't BS you. He will give you an all inclusive quote and do it fast! He scheduled me for the following day between 9-10 am. My husband was to be home so I gave them his number. They said they'd call when they were in route and they called at 8:56. They were here by 9:15 and left before 9:45. Super fast. Absolutely friendly. Held conversations with my husband while they worked. Thanked him numerous times for choosing them. Answered any questions I had. We would recommend them to anyone needing a water heater.

These folks are on point. I texted Chris pictures of my failed water heater. He got back within a few minutes with a couple questions and then had a quote for me.

Chris offered to do the install same day but I waited to get another quote. Two Brothers had the best bid so I went with them.

Chris showed up when he said he would, did a clean install, was very personable and took the busted heater with him. Hot water is flowing steady again.

Every now and again you run into someone who does business the right way. When our water heater went out, I called several people. While someone else was able to make it out a bit sooner, Chris still provided me fantastic advice and instruction via text after he looked at pictures I sent to him. Honestly I was so impressed.

Everything he said proved to be right and greatly helped me to feel secure with the person who did the work.

Wow, Chris was super quick to respond and follow up. I contacted them on Saturday via yelp, and they got back literally within a minute or two. Chris was able to accommodate us on the following day. Got a new heater with an expansion tank done (after waiting for a month from the First American Home Warranty company to do their crappy job, and after ended up asking me to pay for $1500 out of pocket expenses) Chris got the job done under 1 hour for less than that.

My tenant requested for a water heater replacement. It is somewhat challenging because I no longer live around the area. I sent a request via yelp and received a few responses. Tyler is super responsive. I sent him a couple pictures and he made the recommendation for the brand, model, quote and generously agreed to work on it the next day. It is amazing to have a brand new water heater installed from the time of my request was less than 48 hours. Tyler is very professional, knowledgeable and polite. The entire cost including hauling away the old one is around $1,400, which is similar to another post. We emailed Two Brothers on Sunday afternoon, and had a new water heater installed by early Tuesday morning (it wasn't an emergency, otherwise I'm sure this would've been done on Monday). Chris was super professional, showed up early, and didn't even complain when I showed him our current water heater, which was upstairs and tucked into the smallest closet imaginable. They had the new water heater installed in less than an hour, and I had a 50 gallon tank full of hot water within a couple hours. He even hauled away our old water heater! God forbid anything happens to our new water heater, but if it does I'm definitely calling these guys again. Superb service, excellent people.

Her hot water tank was going out so we called around and got some estimates Chris was very helpful and informative and we went with Two Brothers Plumbing whole job took less than one hour and they rearranged their schedule to fit us in response time was great

We had quotes from HomeDepot, Lowes, and other contractors to replace our water heater, and eventually decided to pick two brothers, mainly because he is very responsive and communicative! Chris got the job done very fast, and took away our 75gal tank himself alone. Hope that my water heater will stay fine for a very long time!

We originally called Home Depot and got a time slot two days from the call (called Thursday and had a Saturday appointment). On Saturday at noon they cancelled on us, attempting to reschedule to Monday! My wife and I had to go to work and have a six month old, and no hot water for four days wasn't going to cut it. We found Chris and the wonderful person on the phone (sorry I didn't write down her name!). I called at 1pm on Saturday and by 3pm it was installed and we hot water again. Could t be more thankful to this courteous and professional team when we were in a last minute bind!
