I trust him completely to get the whatever plumbing problem taken care of promptly. He communicates with me what the problem is, fixes the issue & completes the job with full descriptive information so that I know exactly what work has been done.

Hired Carl to install a PVC main waterline from my back yard to house hook up point. The waterline trench was already exposed, so he was to install waterline and back fill the trench. On 2brothers website, communication, customer satisfaction, and guaranteed service is provided. It wasnt in my case.

My experience with 2brothers plumbing was anything but satisfactory. Carl was pleasant enough, and seemed knowledgeable, however, he and his crew were messy, failed to complete the back fill. I asked him about the piles of dirt, and he said as the dirt sinks, I could finish filling the trench from the piles of dirt. Obviously, I was not pleased. I wondered why his company did not have equipment for compacting the soil. Carl informed me that this is how he always had done a back fill. Unfortunately, I did not pay thousands of dollars to complete his work. He did throw a little more dirt in the trench and then he and his crew left the job site. In the end I saw 2brothers plumbing workmanship as rush to get the job done and move on to the next job and professional workmanship, be damned.

We had a shower valve issue that the contracted company per our home warranty assigned to repair- four weeks later, the repair was not done and now the techs that had come out made it much worse! We called 2 Brothers plumbing and they fit us in the same day we called! Came in, assessed the damage, discussed the repairs so we understood what was going on and was able to go get the parts to cut into the shower wall, install a new kit and clean up the other company's mess. Carl was professional and efficient and totally accommodating. We will definitely be calling this company again for any plumbing needs!!

We had a toilet replaced about a year ago and the seat was smaller and we could not take the lid from the tank off. Today Carl from 2 Brothers came and replaced the toilet with a wider seat and now we have access to take the lid off the tank part. He did everything for us. He came to give us an estimate and we liked his price and an hour later he came back with a toilet and replaced it for us and we couldn't be happier. I will definitely call Carl for our plumbing needs and highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable about all the little plumbing issues we are having throughout our house and we will have him back to repair those.
