This company is very unprofessional. They made an appointment and cancelled 30 minutes before they were supposed to co e. I took off work to meet them here. As I recall I used them once before and it happened. Unprofessional and unreliable!

If you don't mind overpaying call them. They came out for a regular service call and we asked for a quote on a few other things that needed to be done. Long story short, the quote was 2 times higher than Pride Plumbing. I'm sure they do a decent job, but at that rate they better.

Great company to work with. I was impressed with the professionalism and skills. The company installed upgraded fixtures in our tub. They went in through the back wall, installed the new fixtures and patched and prepped the wall so that all we had to do was paint. It was a very clean and quick job and I plan on using them on the other parts of our bathroom remodel. I would unhesitatingly recommend this company.

I just had Twins Plumbing come to my apartment to fix two clogged drains, one in the kitchen sink and another ugly one in the shower. A plumber showed up within about an hour after I called on a Saturday morning. Chris was so nice, very clean, friendly and efficient. He got the job done quickly (had to replace a piece in the kitchen, but did it without any problem) and cleaned up after he was done. The price was fine considering all he did (hopefully my landlord will foot the bill) 225 total for both drains. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service. Wonderful!

Chris came out to address a back-up in our main sewer line. He was very professional and personable explaining all of our options. We opted to have him snake the line on the initial visit, then scheduled for him to come back a week or so later to run the camera down the sewer line, and clean it out further with the hydro-jet machine.
