I called Twins one weekday evening cuz my water wasnt heating up. I left a message with the answering service and received a call right back.Rob was patient and informative. While on the phone, he was able to determine I needed a heating specialist. He saved me time and money. Then I asked him about a separate plumbing issue with my toilets and he gave me another answer that will save me money. He's incredible. Super trustworthy. Very reliable and HONEST! . A bit of an emergency situation when i turned on the heat at my grandparents Cotuit home to find water leaking out of the baseboard boiler pipe into their bedroom. I was closing down the house for winter so I needed someone to take a look and do the repair ASAP. I called around on a Thursday afternoon and they were the only ones who were able to squeeze me into their already busy schedule.
They were great. Rich knew what he was doing and was very friendly, informative and proficient. The pricing was very reasonable and the job was done in an efficient and timely manner. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Good for small , basic jobs only

Called Twins plumbing twice to do different jobs- hook up gas stove and covert water tank to on demand hot water- both times said they don't do that. They are always recommended to me but can't do anything I need.
When they've called me back to turn down my request they've been very polite!

We have used the Twins for years and have been very happy. They are always prompt and courteous. It is always nice to work with them if you have to have a plumbing issue and unfortunately we have a very old house that springs leaks so again we look forward to seeing Robb this week.
