Adrian had never helped us to solve the main source of the water heater problem, he didn't help us to find the GIF socket to reset and left the electricity power empty. Thus, the water heater have never been fixed with proper water pressure and the runner of the heater to 2/F takes over 10 minutes to run the water every morning. We have paid him 2.4K to drill up a hole in each shower and put in a new valve, plus replaced the handle and the shower head. Totally, 3 bedroom shower need to be fixed, but we couldn't stand his ""emergency call"" or ""no spare part"" and not willing to come back to work on the designated day. So, we have decided to close up the deal and let him go. Please watch out for this plumbing company.

I made an appointment with this outfit, he pulled up in front of my house, distracted with his GPS. I asked him to park out of the street, and he said he was looking for my address. I said ""I'm here, just don't park in the street."" He left, I assumed to park, but never came back. I called him and he said ""I'll be there in an hour or so"", then 15 minutes later, he called and said he couldn't do it, I should get someone else. He didn't even get out of his truck to look at my problem, which was basically a washer in a faucet and the drain plug connection. Don't waste your time, like he told me ""Get somebody else"".

This plumber is now definitely my go to plumber. The guy came in the same day, 30 minutes after my call and fixed my clogged up kitchen sink drain and a somewhat clogged bathroom tub and faucet. I really needed some work done! He actually also changed my garbage disposal due to leakage and rust buildup. Fortunately he had a new disposal in his van and replaced my old beat-up unit with the new one. He was fast, clean and very productive with the task at hand. I will definitely use TT Plumbing again, no doubt. Highly recommended!

Called Adrian from twin town plumbing and I needed a water heater installed in our front unit.
He came and notice our water heater was over 20 years old.
He gave us advice on fixing it and installing a new one.
We went with the new one.
He installed it we were happy, tenants too. He did a great job, fast and friendly!

Something was stuck in my garbage disposal, I couldn't budge it so I called Twin Town. The plumber came out, removed the garbage disposal and with a pliers removed the obstruction and then put back the disposal.
He was at my place for 15 minutes and charged $147. I don't begrudge anyone for making a fair and reasonable profit, but I was gouged.
Never again.

Twin Town Plumbing provided good service and came to the rescue. I called them and came quick about 30 min after. They have been in business for 15 years and will definitely give them a call again. My parents use these guys and I will continue to use Twin Town Plumbing.
