Every time we need a plumber, Shep and crew are wonderfully responsive. When I let him know there was an actively leaking hot water heater in a vacant listing of mine, it was replaced the next business day. Can't get any better than this. And when we had two toilets replaced recently in our home - non-emergency work- they came as soon as their schedules allowed. Polite, prompt, and reasonably priced.

These dudes came to do some work (fix a leaky toilet) a ways back for me. I never left a review, but I loathe this company. They never succeeded in repairing the leak, and would not return phone calls or answer the phone when called from my number due to simple caller id. I would highly recommend using a different plumbing company if you're able to. I should have left this review over a year ago, but am not the type of person to do so. But it irks me every timeI think about it.
