Twin Plumbing did a leak detection test and found two sources of rain leak in my unit. So lucky they worked on repairing one source of the leak last year and they are extremely professional in every sense. They do everything that they say they are going to do. I couldn't be more happy. They really deliver.

We had a backed up washer drainage pipe that was overflowing from the washer box - a rather new development. Scrambled to find a plumber who could address this as quickly as possible and recalled Edward's handiwork and excellent customer service from a previous job.

I called Twin Plumbing in the AM, left a voicemail, and the owner, Scott, promptly responded. I asked if he could accommodate a small window of time I had, between 12:30 and 2 PM. Despite having his busy schedule he made it happen and got the job done. Problem solved!

Scott was thorough and he took the time to QA his work, to make sure everything ran smoothly afterwards.

I trust Scott and Twin Plumbing with all my family's plumbing needs. He's a lifelong San Diegan, former resident of our neighborhood (i.e., 4S RANCH & DEL SUR), and dependable, experienced, knowledgeable, professional, skilled, and trustworthy!

Plumbing issues suck! I noticed water spots from the ceiling of my garage (live in a townhome with neighbors above it), sent out requests through Yelp and Scott responded right away. He first tried to help me over the phone, after a brief discussion he was over within an hour.

The leak ended up coming from the most obscure spot, really have no clue how he found it so quickly but was thankful for his expertise and diligence. Not only did he help solve that issue, but put me in contact with an incredible restoration company that cleaned everything up after he fixed the leak.

Bottom line, incredibly responsive, easy to work with, thorough and diligent. Hopefully don't have to use his services again, but he'll be the first I call if needed.

Scott showed up to ""clean-up"" after previous plumber. Readily identified the problem with a tub spout leak. Replaced the pipe, spout fixture, and overflow drain cover. Also added the finishing touches to previously ""completed"" job by the other company. Honest, to the point work.
Also recommended alternatives to water treatment to help prevent future pipe issues.

Twin Plumbing came and went expeditiously. Repaired area blends in with outdoor landscape. Cost of new sod was saved. Overall repair cost was reasonable. Customer service/communication was great. We called with an emergency. Someone was dispatched same day to assess our problem. Work was completed the next day, and confirmation of work completion occurred the day after. We worked with Edward. He was courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, answered all my questions (I had a lot of questions), and ensured all my concerns were addressed prior to departure. Would use them again

Scott was very responsive and professional, he was able to come to our home within 24 hours of speaking to me. He came out and did a thorough inspection of the two areas where we had potential plumbing concerns. He was able to check for moisture or any other leak indicators and ease our concerns. We are fortunate in that we didn't need to have any extensive repairs done, but I'm glad to know I can call Scott in the future if something more significant does arise.

I would fin it very difficult to believe that this is not a scam. Scott, the owner said they would give us an estimate, yet it would cost us $100 to do so. We accepted, with Edward coming out... only wanting to give us a verbal, not written estimate. We stated that we would only pay the $100 fee if the estimate if it was put in writing.
Edward said he could only do so on a blank piece of paper, not on a company invoice.
He said the job would take three hours, at the most... with the cost being $1089.00, not including any possible parts. He offered no explanation as to how he arrived at an hourly rate north of $350.00.
I ask you, when was the last time you had a plumber ask for a hourly rate in excess of $350.00... to not include any possible parts, for the most basic of plumbing jobs?
A great job if you can get it... spend the day giving out over-the-top, unrealistic estimates, at $100.00 per estimate,
