Scott did an outstanding job in fixing our out of wack plumbing.
Let me tell you something about the construction in 4S Ranch community- the builders are either sh!tty people or highly incompetent. Just about every home had problems that go back to construction.
My neighbor's water pressure use to be low. Come to find out there were rocks inside the plumbing. There are plenty of other weird issues in this hamlet that Scott knows about. However, there ain't enough time to go through everything and my thumbs are getting cramped.
Our particular issues were switched water lines in my kids' bathroom. Have you ever had boiling water in your toilet? What da hell? Scott investigated the problem and explained it all to me. I was eager to get this weirdness corrected. Scott and his assistant made the repair without knocking out any drywall (issue was located in the ceiling/attic). He also repaired the toilet (hot water damaged the flushing mechanism). The kids' toilet is no longer a steaming butt sauna. That's the end of that nightmare.
My hot water heater was nearing the end of its life span, so I had Scott replace that as well. These things were supposed to be sitting on a pan to catch any leaks or drips. The old water heater had no such thing. We got a new one with a drip pan like it's supposed to be.
I highly recommend Twin Plumbing for all ye plumbing needs. It was all good quality work and parts provided when needed. Scott makes sure you know exactly what's going on and what he needed to do to make your home function normally.
The humble abode is free of hot water issues and a boiling toilet. Thanks to Twin Plumbing.

First time customer, & will be a returning one from now on. We had a leak under a bathroom sink, had to turn off the water for a few hours, & called several plumbers. Only got voicemails, until we called Twin Plumbing. Thankful Scott answered & said he could come & fix our problem. He took care of the leak in a very short time. He noticed we didn't have a pressure regulator outside on the mail water pipe & recommended one. He had what he needed in his truck, put one on, & set the pressure.

Scott is a man with a lot of knowledge as we asked him many questions & his answers were all spot on. We found him to be very helpful, & caring about his customers & work.

We had a flood in our kitchen and Twin Plumbing responded quickly. We had to deal with insurance and they were a great help. After the flood I had them replace some of our older plumbing. Just recently they found the source of a water leak at my mother-in-law's house. I called and they were there in less than 20 minutes with a quick diagnosis. Top notch service all the way around.
