Oh man what can I say about the service and professionalism of Isaac and Omar. These two partner and crime are absolutely know what customer service is all about! They absolutely know how to do their job and add extra mile to insure customers that the job is done right for the first time. My wife and I highly recommend Twin Handyman and Plumbing. Sunday night the pipes under our sink were leaking. We searched on Yelp, got many responses, but Isaac was the most professional in responding to our questions and concerns. He was easy to work with right from his first phone call to the final transaction. We sent him a picture of the pipes, and he diagnosed the problem on the phone, came first thing Sunday morning (which was a relief), and saw that the garbage disposal was also in need of replacement. We were surprised, but trusted him and his diagnosis. He had to go out to obtain the garbage disposal, but returned quite quickly to complete the work. The work he did was efficient, timely, professional including cleaning up afterwards. I checked on the price for the work and it seemed comparable to others offering the same service. Isaac was a good communicator and incredibly easy to work with. He indicated that Twin does all kinds of plumbing and handyman work, and we definitely would hire Twin again. He made it all seem quite easy.

Twin Handyman & Plumbing exceeded my expectations. After our water started backing up, Isaac diagnosed the problems, presenting us with 3 solutions, identifying their varying effectiveness and cost.
He then went back to his shop to get a perfectly sized toilet (for our minute bathroom) and installed it while fixing the mistakes of earlier plumbers.
Twin Handymen were prompt, communicative, and knowledgeable. Their price was extremely fair, and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Found out that there were several things that had to be ""learned"" by Twin Handyman and Plumbing after they accepted the job. One was an expansion tank for the water heater. Two was a check valve needed to be placed on the recirculating water line. The second problem has haunted me for over a year. Both ended up costing me more money. Please do not use your clients as your learning ground for your trade. If you do not know how to do something, admit it, tell them so, and move on to the next simpler job or difficult job that you know how to do. It is not a crime to not know something. You will find it is appreciated. Nice people with good intentions.

Background:
I have a leaky shower door that I put some clear calk on for it to stop pouring into the bathroom. The leaking stopped as long as I did not push on the door while showering. Needed help so I turned to yelp.

I requested a handyman on Yelp and was given this business as an option. I contacted Isaac and was given an estimate of $200-250 after describing what was the problem. I was told that someone will be there the next day at 3pm to fix the shower or figure out what needs to be done. The following day, at approximately 2:30pm, I called to ask if the ETA was still for 3pm. Isaac told me "" Sorry my friend, but I'm still on a job and won't be able to make it to the apartment."" This was somewhat unprofessional because I have a busy schedule and some notice would have been nice. They gave a new time for 2pm the next day and was not at the apartment until 4:30pm. One of the men, not Isaac, showed up and decided to use white calk to solve the problem. I showed up to the apartment the day after the calk was applied. 24 hours had already passed, so I decided to let someone use the shower to use the shower and tell me if the problem was fixed. The leaking was worse than before. I messaged Isaac to let him know that the leaking is still present and worse than before. He replied an hour or so after and said he would take care of it. He finally showed up in the evening, and told me that the calk did not dry and that is the reason why it's still leaking.

He then proceeded to tell me that the job requires a different person that he works with, and he will talk to them and get back to me in two hours. Two days later I reached and asked if he had reached out to the person, and I have not received a text, call, email, or even a smoke signal as a response. I PAID FOR SERVICES THAT WERE NOT PROVIDED. I would rather have my house flood to the ceiling than deal with these unprofessional thieves again.

My bathroom is still leaking and radio silence is being maintain by Isaac and his minion, hope you enjoy the money, friend.

Isaac did a great job fixing our kitchen sink that wasn't draining properly. He was quick to respond, efficient and left the place clean. Would definitely recommend hiring him!
