We called them to repair a clogged drain. They got the snake stuck in the drain and had to leave to go pick someone else up to help. It ended up costing us $3k for a clogged drain and HIS mistake because they made additional work for themselves after he got it stuck. Never again, and I'd never recommend them.

They are dedicated, hardworking, and care about their customers. We had Chris come in and finish a heating system installation. It was a complex job and he did not compromise on quality. After it was complete, he came for an emergency non-heat call immediately to see what was causing the issue. No complaints. In a time where our heating and plumbing choices are being limited to a few large companies that are not really locally based, it is a pleasure to find a small business that is part of the community and cares about the work product - and the families they serve.

Had complete opposite experience from other posters. We called at 5PM on a Friday night for a broken pipe that shut down the entire house. Budd said he would try to make in an hour or so. Less than an hour later he was at the house. Sixty minutes after that and new fittings on the pipe and we had water again. Cost was no higher than expected and we would have paid more without question.
I would recommend Twin County when emergency plumbing is needed in this area. Southeastern Columbia county.

disappointing! Over charged for the job - 800.00 to install part of a shower set. The guy was really nice but they cost way too much! had to come back and fix a leak too. Not recommended!
