Twin City Plumbing & Radiant Heat, Inc. (TCP) was established by our owner and Alex - both longtime residents of the Stanwood. Having been over a long time and collaborating in the pipework and HVAC industry, our main goal is to deliver only the best standards in domestic and industrial water system offerings using top-tier components, superior workmanship, and top-notch customer service. This guarantees the safety and security of our clients, as well as their properties.
Our president completed the ""Green Plumbers USA"" training back in 2008, making him one of the few qualified ""eco-friendly"" pipe specialists in Washington State. His expertise equips us to deliver solutions in gray water recycling methods, solar energy hot water, ground-source thermal systems, eco-friendly fittings, and numerous sustainable thermal and plumbing solutions.

Sally L.I have used TCP for several years for my residence and my apartment building. Derek was great to deal with. A couple of years ago Alex was the only one I ever talked to and he did a great job communicating and doing great work, until recently. I have had trouble getting him to call and schedule with one of my tenants... like for 3 months. I reminded him a couple of times. Then recently, my tenant called me to tell me that a plumber from TCP ""no-showed"" him. I called Alex (and texted him) and left several messages, but didn't get a response. These guys were GREAT until recently.... I don't know what is going on. Maybe they aren't thrilled with my little ""there is a leak"" calls.... maybe they like the big remodel jobs better. I get that, just wish they would've told me that.
Steve M.Alex made lots of promises to fix a screw up. He did not follow up or take care of the problem he caused. I would like to have given him a strong, positive review. I cannot recommend him. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
