Twin City Plumbing & Radiant Heat, Inc. (TCP) was established by our owner and Alex - both local inhabitants of the Stanwood area. As friends for over 15 years and working together in the plumbing and HVAC industry, our core mission is to provide only the highest levels in home and business water system offerings using quality components, exceptional craftsmanship, and excellent customer service. Our commitment ensures the health and protection of our customers, as well as their assets.
Our president participated in the ""Green Plumbers"" certification back in 2008, making him one of the few qualified ""green"" plumbers in Washington State. His knowledge equips us to deliver services in recycled water recycling methods, solar energy hot water, ground-source thermal systems, high efficiency fixtures, and many other sustainable HVAC and water system options.

Sally L.I have used TCP for several years for my residence and my apartment building. Derek was great to deal with. A couple of years ago Alex was the only one I ever talked to and he did a great job communicating and doing great work, until recently. I have had trouble getting him to call and schedule with one of my tenants... like for 3 months. I reminded him a couple of times. Then recently, my tenant called me to tell me that a plumber from TCP ""no-showed"" him. I called Alex (and texted him) and left several messages, but didn't get a response. These guys were GREAT until recently.... I don't know what is going on. Maybe they aren't thrilled with my little ""there is a leak"" calls.... maybe they like the big remodel jobs better. I get that, just wish they would've told me that.
Steve M.Alex made lots of promises to fix a screw up. He did not follow up or take care of the problem he caused. I would like to have given him a strong, positive review. I cannot recommend him. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
