Lexie M."Plumbing Company" is how the gentleman answered the phone. I asked if it was Twin Cheeks to make sure I had the right number. He said it was the right number. I called to schedule a quote for a leaking kitchen sink that has warped the cabinets below it. I was basically told that wasn't a "quotable" item. So, I guess plumbers don't do sink jobs? He said "quotable" jobs were like a kitchen remodel or a big project. What he fails to realize is, the leak is so big, it probably will end up being a remodel job of some sort. But nevertheless, I was not satisfied with his customer service or lack there of.
