Owner broke a part then tried to upsell me a new boiler for thousands of dollars. Dishonest. Now refuses to come back I would never recommend them.

A/C stopped working and they came on time the same day at 9am and fixed the issue and a couple other issues. They wore masks and they were professional. Can't beat that.

On a whole the company seems to employ quality plumbers who do quality work, the price you pay is high. I paid over $1000 dollars to have 2 valves and an expansion tank replaced on a system that they installed a fee years ago. My oil burner system did not even need to be drained to replace the valves.
Also on several occasions the owner has openly lied to me about returning to put finishing touche on work (they never show & I stop calling) and minor things like why a filter wasn't replaced. In all the work gets 4 stars the owner/manager gets
1 stars (at least he answers the questions, albeit not truthfully. In all a generous 2 stars as a whole.

I'm amending my review for brevity.

I am giving 2 stars due to Twin Belle's responsiveness and ability to work around my schedule. However, it still took 2 days, 2 transformers and a new cable run only to end up finding a low voltage short in the reversing valve solenoid. I was told the solenoid for my 15yr old unit isn't sold separately and their recommended course of action is to completely replace the entire system for $8400.

Had a ceiling leak, and although the leak had dried up, we made an appointment out of an abundance caution. Unfortunately they sent the C team. He could clearly see where the water stains were, but was unable to diagnosis the source of the leak? Really...isn't that a plumber's job? Ended up spending over $200 for having him run the dishwasher, and a few faucets trying to simulate the issue. Since he was there, we asked about another sink leak...he took some pictures and sent them to his boss. Said they'd would send an estimate, and they never did. This was over a month ago. But ever more troubling was when, before they appointment, they asked who to bill...and I specifically told them to bill me...and NOT the resident...who was a senior with cognitive issues. Needless to say, they asked the resident to pay and took a check from them.

Twin Belle came to our rescue when our hot water tank suddenly stopped working and purging water all over our basement floor. We called them on a Friday night, they came out and assessed the damage on Saturday morning and our new water heater was installed on Monday. Granted the one that broke was installed by them only 3 years ago but it was covered under warranty. Thank you for your efficient service.

They are terrible! They have no idea what they're doing when it comes to plumbing. They installed a sump pump for us and it is worthless. They literally came back and said, I don't know I just put it where you told us, i'm not here to solve your plumbing problems.

AVOID THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT A TERRIBLE RESULT. If their price is lower, it's because you'll pay double later to get it done right!

Twin Belle provided an estimate and scheduled the installation. They arrived early and began work. Dom was fantastic and treated our house like it was his. Our house is an old house with challenging runs for an installation. At the end of the first day, the house was left clean. Line runs were made in ways that avoided breaking through walls any more than absolutely necessary for a clean installation. After the install, there were a few issues. Twice, I called Rob in the afternoon. Both times, he had Dom back at the house that day to work through the issues. This was a complex installation with long line runs so issues were not unexpected.

Service is key and Rob and the Twin Belle team really provided that. We will see how the system runs through the summer, but the installation was great and if the service that we have received so far is any indication of what we can expect, Twin Belle is a great company for A/C installation.
