I called to fix a dripping bathtub faucet. I then cancelled the appointment a few days before. The plumber showed up anyway. I let him in because I needed the faucet fixed. He then took off the shower handle, stated I needed a washer and that he didn't have the part and would have to go back to the office to see if they have it. He never returned and they charged me $100 for not fixing a basic drip. He left a mess in my tub, and fixed nothing. He was in my home about 10-15 minutes. They never called back about it. I had to call another company. I really feel ripped off.

Needed a leak repaired under my sink and was told it was $100 an hour and they charge for travel time to and from their shop....... ridiculous!!!

When I first moved in to my Home 2 years ago I had issues right away with the Previous owner's sister had spoken to me about the issue and stated that twigs Was aware of the issue but did not fix it. The previous owner was aware as well. So for 2 years my children and I have been having to live like this very stressful. Iv been spendind alot of money on cleaning supplise to keep my Family safe

Had a leak in our shower. The two men they sent up were very friendly and definitely knew what they were doing. Problem was fixed fast and I was very happy with the result

since before and after moving to Cumberland, my husband and I have been very pleased with Twigg. They have responded quickly and have done excellent work. We have used Twigg at least 4 or 5 times with good results. If the need arises and we need plumbing done, they will be the first we will call.

Had a toilet put in this summer. Guy forgot the toilet seat and wanted to charge me $20 to go back to the shop and get it. Why did I have to pay for his forgetfulness. Ended up buying my own. Two months later had a repair on my hot water tank, less than 2 months later I have no hot water. Customer service is horrible! Good luck on getting them to come out when they say they will. Have on more than one occasion just not shown up. When you call the office they aren't the least bit apologetic. Never deal with them!

Terrible service, don't tell you about a $100 minimum cost, personally attacked me after I disagreed with their office manager.

Came home from short trip out of town and no hot water. We have a tankless (instant) hot water heater. Called Twiggs who came and stated he did not know what the problem was but would contact the heaters manufacturer for more info. Waited to hear back from Twiggs for 2 days. Called Twiggs and left msg that we wanted a call just to know what was going on. Two days later after not hearing back from Twiggs I called another plumber who just came today. He determined a sensor was dirty and fixed the problem. Now I am so happy that I don't have to take my daily shower at Loves truck plaza but extremely disappointed in Twiggs. If he did not plan on doing what he needed to to determine the problem he should have just told us and we would have contacted another Plumber much sooner.
