I see all these great ratings and I wonder what happen to me. It was a terrible experience. I called and told them what we needed. No one called back. I called again later that evening and no one had even told the plumber. I told him again and he said he'd have someone out the next day to do it. A plumber came out but didn't have the stuff to do it, so made an appointment for the next day at 3PM. He called and said he couldn't make it until 6PM. At 7PM I called and he said he'd be there in 20 min. At 8PM we called again. He finally showed up at 9PM and left at 10:30, but didn't have everything he needed and told me he'd be back between 10-11Am the next day. I called at noon and he said he'd be there in a few. I called again at 1PM and told them I had to leave the house at 3. I called again and finally he showed up at 2PM always full of excuses. Today I had lots water under my sink where they had worked and they didn't tighten a fitting and it was so loose I could turn it with my hand. I tighten it myself. I will never call this company again. It was a terrible and very stressful experience and the plumber was full of excuses every time I called or he came. What a nightmare.

My neighbor and I both had our houses copper re-piped at the same time. She used $25 Plumbing, I used another company. Her job was done in a few days including drywall patching. I am still fighting with my plumber 2 months later and my drywall hasn't been patched. I ended up hiring $25 Plumbing to fix the other plumber's screw ups. They did a great job for me. I wish I had hired them to begin with.

Just another quick note: I had a Kohler custom shower put in - rain shower, body sprays, shower head etc. These guys were really experienced with this type of custom shower. When you pay so much money for the fixtures you want them put in so they really look good - these guys were great.

Learn from my mistake - hire these guys First.

My wife hired them for a job in January. After they did the work, an $800 estimate, they insisted on $130 more without having updated the estimate. My wife got them to agree to the original price, but when they took my bank card, they called it in to the office, ran it their, and charged the extra $130 anyway. When we had a leak in that job a few months later, they told my wife: tough luck.

I do admit the plumber my wife hired to alter the job, incidentally fixing the leak, was surprised when heard who did the job, because he said they have a reputation for doing good work.
