Two visits over six months, both great! Good family business. I called, they returned my call within an hour. Since non urgent, Tom and Lee came out next day to check out my sump pump. Luckily they had the pump I needed on hand, replaced within and hour. We tested it to make sure it worked. And they fixed my leaky hose bibbs while they were here too. Will definitely use these guys f the next job. Thanks!

I love Twaddell Plumbing. When I first bought my home three years ago, they helped me with a faucet that refused to turn off. A few days ago, they fixed a completely clogged kitchen sink. Each time, they were courteous, explained everything clearly, and cleaned up after themselves. Best of all, their prices are actually reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone!

they were supposed to replace existing concrete sink with a fiberglass sink. only problem existing sink was 24x24, not the 24x20 that they installed. suggest that you are present for install or put exact job in writing. all other work excellent.

Buyer beware: I made the mistake of not getting the specifics of the scope of work in writing and assuming the work would be done by the owner who gave me the estimate. I rate them low because there seems to be a breakdown in communication from the owner to the guys who actually do the work. This caused a lot of back and forth when they came to do the job. They actually didn't complete the job the first time and had to come back. I wish I had documented my conversation better with the owner as I am now faced with a leaky pipe that I understood was going to be replaced and corroded valves that I requested be changed. The guys who came out to do the work did much less than what I discussed with the owner and I felt like it was a struggle to get them to do what was done. Now I have to call another plumber and pay more money/take more time off work for a job I was hoping would be complete already. They get 2 stars because the owner was nice and the office lady was pleasant.

Twaddell Plumbing was extremely prompt and professional and had great reviews from our neighborhood social media. We called to have them look at a number of issues at once. (Leaking faucet, dishwasher leak, and bathroom tub drain) They sent a young team but were very friendly and knowledgeable. When another dishwasher leak popped up unrelated to their work, Twaddell sent the same two plumbers back the very next day with only a charge for the new part.

Called Twaddell Plumbing just the other day to open a very slow drain. Service was fast and friendly. Job was well done. I asked a few questions about how best to keep the drain unclogged after their giant hairball removal. Willard, the business owner, provided helpful tips--what to use and what NOT to use. Overall, a job well done. I will no doubt use Twaddell again when needed. They provided the personal touch, and that still counts for something.

They were always immediately available and quite friendly. Charge about $170 per hour, plus parts.

Mr. Twaddell's wokers were the ones that showed up to do the job. I had a kitchen sink installed over the course of 3 days: Day one was to fix the under sink plumbing to align the pipes so the cabinets could go in, Day two was to fix a connection issue, and day three was to hook up the sink once the counter was installed. The connection issue was that the supply wasn't installed at the right height to accommodate the base cabinets, the issue was resolved but not to the point where it was as good as if they did it right the first time around. The work itself wasn't shoddy, it was merely a lapse of judgement which led to work that, in the end, wasn't clean.

Overall, the service was friendly and prompt, quality was average to below average, and the price was (what I found to be) above average. Next time, I'll probably shop around before coming back to Twaddell for my plumbing needs.
