This is the worst plumbing company. They scheduled service 4 days out, because a home warranty claim. On the day they were supposed to arrive, they cancelled with out explanation or call. I have called them 6 times to confirm service without a response of a return call. When they cancelled I called again and never received a response or a return call. 4 days later I have to find another plumbing company. I would never ever recommend them.

This plumber was sent to our home by American Water Resources to check on a broken water line. They came out, looked at the wet spot on the lawn, and disappeared into thin air. Phone calls and text messages went unanswered even after we were told by American Water Resources that the repair would be out of pocket because the pipe is polybutylene and asked Tusa for an estimate to repair.

I had contacted two plumbing services and Tusa Plumbing was the first to arrive. Matthew introduced himself and I explained my plumbing situation to him. We discussed pricing, he wrote an invoice, and he immediately went to work. Within the hour my backed up plumbing issues were resolved. I would use Tusa's Plumbing again in an instant. Matt and I discussed installing a clean out in case this happened again. Excellent service!

i received horrible service...oops no service a lady comes out and writes you a bid and does nothing...it has happened me twice and she works for american water resources..do not waste your time..trust me i lost 4 days of work just waiting on commuication...my neighbor was not happy either..i do not recommend this company

We had a hot water leak with very old pipes. Matt and his helper came out quickly and installed new pipes and got the whole system to start running smoothly. They were courteous, honest, affordable and professional. We highly recommend this company and will be using them for all of our future plumbing needs.

Zero Stars if possible. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Home warranty service company set up appt. with Tusa for a home service call. Tusa Plumbing confirmed appointment with me thru email between 1pm-5pm .
No call from Tusa Plumping to advise me they were running late.
No call from Tusa Plumbing to reschedule .
They just flat out didn't Show Up despite numerous calls from the Home Warranty Company & myself .
On second day Tusa Plumbing advised Home Warranty Provider they would reach out to me shortly and again nothing happened.
I've expressed my issues with Tusa Plumbing to the Home Warranty Provider and hopefully unreliable companies like Tusa Plumbing will not be Recommeded or given work by Home Warranty Providers

I used my home warranty to book them. I paid a copay. They were supposed to come Friday. They sent an email and a text confirming. We'll come Friday no one showed up. Texted, emailed, and called. No answer. I then call my home warranty the next week. They mention that these people closed to ticket, marked as complete, and asked the warranty people to pay 250 for the repair. They never called or showed up. I work from home and not a single person showed up and still tried to sleep money. When I rebooked with another company, Tusa's sent another text 6 days later saying my appointment for the original date had been cancelled. 6 days later. After trying to get money. This company is a joke and is unreliable. Look at all the other reviews and it's pretty obvious they cannot be trusted. They won't even reply to any message and they don't reply to any negative review. They are pathetic and not worth your attention

No stars if I could. Scheduled a window today from 10-2 PM through home warranty company. Never showed I have sent them 4 texts with no response. The Home Warranty company has call 7 times to main and emergency number with no response. Terrible

This is my first "if I could give no stars..." rating ever. Showed up and did no work. Yet I still paid my home warranty for the visit. Said that they wouldn't be reimbursed by the insurance and apparently they were not interested in working out a direct payment from me either. They should lose their license in my state. Absolutely fraud by all accounts. Quite a nice racket they have going.

I contacted Tusa's Plumbing on Monday, February 22, and set an appointment for them to come out to fix a broken kitchen sink drain pipe on Thursday, Feb 25. They never showed up. I have call logs and texts with photos of the pipe to prove I tried to get them to show up. Finally, on Wednesday, April 7 (over a month later) Tusa's plumbing sent a rude text to me accusing me of not responding!!
They are incompetent and can not be trusted.
