One of my rental unit 's water heater was leaking and flooding the apartment at 11PM, we were very desperate for help. Scheduled a service with Joshua. He never showed, never called to say he would be late, nothing. After leaving messages he finally responded an hour and a half later saying he got tied up on another job and that he could come out the next day. When I asked what time I got the same lousy customer service ""no response.""

Maybe you shouldn't advertise service when you don't provide it. Wasted my time for a simple faucet replacement.

Our kitchen sink was backed up and I couldn't get anyone to come out for same day service. Tito called me right away and was able to squeeze us in his already busy schedule. To make the situation even more stressful we were communicating via text and phone as I was at work and left my Son at home to let him in. He was very professional and communicated everything he was doing, he found the issue and was able to clear our drain. His pricing was very reasonable and fair, I would definitely recommend his services
