Worst service ever. Did not cancel appointment. Did not show up. When he finally responded, he attempted to gaslight me by telling me basically ""what did I expect from a free estimate"".

The odd part is I had paragraphs of messages with this man, We also spoke on the phone twice. He gave me a price and a window. He looked at several pics. And then decided not to show up and made it my fault.

I can't imagine that all of the positive reviews are real. If you take the time to read the negative ones you will see the pattern. Maybe they are good when they actually show up. Good riddance.

These guys are amazing!! I had a problem with water leaks we figured easy fix but it turned into a problem so we called Josh he came right out assessed the problem gave us a quote.
They came out yesterday and did the job and now I have water again!!
Can't say enough about these guys very professional and on time!! Stand up guy!
If you need a plumber this is the one to call!

Turtle and Titos plumbing were Awesome!!! I had several plumbing issues that needed to be resolved and they were so great and fixing my issues. I needed a new faucet and hoses. I had my 3 kids at home with me and couldn't go to the store to get the items. I thought I was going to have to reschedule my service but no!!!... Josue and his assistant went to pick up the items for a small fee. They came back in a timely manner and quickly fixed my sink problems!! Thank you!! I will definitely be calling again for any plumbing issues in the future.

My main house valve started leaking and it was an emergency. The guys showed up for estimating really quickly and gave a decent price. Next day the leak was fixed. I am very satisfied with their service. Highly recommended company!
