We had an outside faucet that had rusted work the water hose attached. We tried everything to get it off. Finally after gallons of watered water, time and energy, I convinced my husband to call a plumber. We are so glad that we called Turtle and Tito. They were able to schedule us within a day. The service man came within the appointed time and finished quickly. They job looks professional and we are pleased. The price was a little less than others had quoted and because of YELP, we got an additional discount. We suggest this company highly. Give them a try.

Came in for free estimate, started the work which was a big job multiple things they had to do. Done in a few days and kept us in the loop and prices where reasonable. The team was respectful always on time and considerate when kids where at home and safety was issue. They're fast safe and very professional.

Our kitchen faucet began leaking badly. I tried to close the shut off valve for the sink. It didn't work, so I had to shut off the water to the house. I called Turtle and Tito's. They said they had another emergency, but would be there when they were done. They came later that day and fixed the shut off value so we could turn the water back on. They were very helpful and did a great job.

These guys were absolutely awesome! Josue and his partner were extremely kind, patient in explaining each step of the process, and completely transparent and fair with their prices! Usually when it comes to plumbers the experience can be a little intimidating because some plumbers can have an uninviting air. But seriously, these guys rock! He also gave his eta which I truly appreciated. He did such an amazing job that I referred him to my friend the following day and have his contact to all my friends for their plumbing needs.
