Joshua came out and fixed my kitchen sink. Just had Josue from Turtle and Tito's plumbing come out to fix a leaking gas valve. He did a great job. He was quick, friendly, and communicated very well. And they did it for half of what some other companies were quoting me. I will definitely be giving them a call next time I need a plumber.

I was sooooo happy I came across these guys! I had a leaky pipe and had gotten a couple of estimates, between $4600-$5800 to fix less than 50' of pipe! Long story short, Tito (Joshua) and Who came right out to give me a free estimate. Tito explained in detail what the problem was, how they'd fix it and that they could get it done that Monday (this was late Saturday afternoon I had the estimate!). Their communication is excellent, they are polite and professional. The work was done on time, they were friendly (even with my bratty children aka my pets, lol). The price was less than HALF of the cheapest estimate I had gotten. Please do yourself a HUGE favor and hire these guys, they are THE BEST and I'll be using them for the foreseeable future!

Today I went on Yelp for a plumber due to my toilet not flushing. It apparently had something in it that prevented it from flushing When I went on Yelp they gave me several plumber's and I chose this company.
They said they would respond today for what I needed. When Jovue and co-worker came I explained what I needed and they started right to work on the problem. They unclogged my toilet and explained to me what had clogged it. I was happy to pay him because of the service he and his co-worker performed. I let Jovue know that I will call him in the future for other jobs. I am so happy with this company.

My husband and I were initially referred to Tito's by a friend. We had a small leak coming from an outdoor faucet and also had drain issues with the bathroom sink. We decided it was finally time to get them looked at so we went ahead and made an appointment with Josue(owner). When Josue and his helper, Who, arrived they were very polite. I feel like sometimes contractors or plumbers can be somewhat intimidating but it was definitely not this way with them. They were very friendly and transparent from the start. They inspected the outdoor faucet and bathroom sink and were able to give us a free estimate. He and his helper came to fix the issues the following Monday. We were very happy with their service and pricing then. He also told us although the outdoor leak was fixed for now, we were most likely going to have to replace the main line and repipe the whole house eventually. The leak had been going on for far too long which caused damage to the other pipes. Plus the pipes were old and most likely had never been replaced before. We took note of that and got an estimate for those jobs because we knew they were the ones we were going to call when the time came. Well the next day comes around, and we noticed that there was a lot of water coming from a different pipe near the one they replaced. We called Josue right away and he informed us that they were currently in Yucaipa but once they were done they would come straight here. My husband was not there at the time so I didn't know what to do but Josue talked me through on how to to turn off the main line over the phone so water could stop coming out. They arrived pretty quickly to inspect the leak and informed us we had to replace the main line. They were unfortunately unable to to do something the day of but made sure to arrive early the following day. We also went ahead and booked them to repipe the entire house because it was eventually going to fail as well. We can't thank Josue and Who enough! They worked with us to get us great pricing for the services they provided and made sure to get these issues in an efficient and timely manner. They did not rush and took their time to get it right the first time. The entire time Josue and Who were very friendly and respectful. Josue explained each and everything they were going to have to do. Sometimes it's hard to know if you're being overcharged or getting quality work but with Tito's you will never have to question that. If you're reading this review and looking for a plumber please be sure to give them a call first! We truly are so thankful and from now on they will be the only plumbers we will ever call!

Had a party on Saturday night and one of my guest notice our valve behind my fridge was leaking water. Next morning after calling 20 different plumbers I Called Turtle and Titos and they were the only one that were able to come out on Sunday I spoke with the Tech Josue he was very polite and knowledgeable and was at my house in a hour and half and completed the job very quickly. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED quick service, great pricing, and reliable.
