Bad news here. The highly inflated invoice when the work was finally completed (after several failed attempts) was just insult on top of injury. My advice is to stay away from Turney's Heating & Cooling. Throw your money away instead.
I hired Turney to replace a broken sewer line located 75 feet from the house. Jenny quoted $1500 - $2500, depending upon whether 10 feet of sewer pipe needed to be replaced or 75 feet needed to be replaced. The job was finished in one day with 20 feet of replaced pipe and a bill for $2,670. The main drain was still clogged with standing water, when Jim finished the job. I can only assume that all the work that James Turney Heating, Plumbing and Electrical does is performed in such an unethical manner as this. Unfortunately, we will have to look elsewhere for future repair services.
