Nicole C.I used Turner Service Co (Phil) to fix a spigot pipe break and they came out same to to assess the problem, ordered the part, and fixed it next day in less than an hour! This is after calling Croppe Metcalf who said they would not open the drywall and could not fix the problem for a week later AND was more interested in selling me a maintenance contract!
The ladies who take the calls and make the appointments are super on top of it as well - always seemed accommodating. They work as a team, super nice, and call to give me regular updates on where the Technician was-Priceless! Thank you for the professional and great service!

My A/C stopped working during the summer a few years ago and they came out and fixed it. They did a great job and it's worked ever since. I was happy with that work. 5 stars for that.
They convinced me to sign up for their annual service plan. I was told that I needed the coils cleaned and that would cost more. I thought that coil cleaning was part of the service plan but apparently not. I told them to forget it and later cancelled my plan with them. 1 star for the service plan.
3 stars total. I had a great experience with needed repairs but the service plan just didn't seem worth it.
I was really disappointed after reading all of the great reviews. However the reviewer who wrote back in 2010 really hit home as this company continually communicated poorly, dropped my call several times and was never able to get me the quote (much less on time) after they had sent someone to my house. Maybe they do good work, but I won't be using them to find out.

Vanessa B.Absolutely wonderful, friendly company. I had an a/c issue, waited all day for some other guy (from a competitor) to show up. Due to scheduling conflicts, competitor said he could squeeze me in tomorrow (LOL go without a/c?? No thanks). My landlord contacted Turner, who contacted me immediately after -- around 2.30p. I spoke with Carrie who was so so friendly and did everything to get the service tech out as soon as she could. Sure enough, the tech came exactly at 4p, right when Carrie told me I could expect him. The tech (I didn't get his name -- older white guy) was so nice, so friendly. He was in and out but did an efficient, bang up job with diagnosing and fixing the problem. He even took the time to tell me what I could expect. I love Turner and would recommend them to anyone at any time!!!
I would not recommend using this company at all. I have been signed up for their maintenance program where you pay a monthly fee. You would think you would get great service but you don't. They also claim with this service that you get an appointment right away which is also not true, you still have to wait a week or so despite monthly service fee of $29.95. In addition, two years in a row my AC worked perfectly fine, they came out for a maintenance check in the Fall, said everything was good, signed it off on the receipt and left. Once they left my system completely stopped working. They came back and said my machine stopped working after they were here so I still needed to pay them. They said, "" with mechanical devices they can break when someone works on them"". Instead of realizing that their technician did something that put my AC unit out of commission they insist that they will not right this wrong. This literally happened two years in a row which is pretty ironic, huh? This company is not honest or trustworthy. I would recommend finding someone that will treat you with respect and admit when they screw up to help their dedicated customer.
I wish I could give 10 stars. Greg came out to diagnose our system. He found the issue with it, and reported it to our warranty company. We called Turner's and not the warranty company. The warranty co didn't like what he said due to cost. So, they sent someone else out. We actually had issues with both our units but the warranty company only authorized service on one. The warranty company later sent another company out that stated our downstairs unit was 75% low on freon, and diagnosed our upstairs unit as a bad compressor. Greg came back out for free and re-diagnosed both systems. He found nothing wrong with the downstairs unit, and said it was having issues because the upstairs unit was struggling so badly.
We got a quote from Greg to go ahead and replace both units. He stated the downstairs unit didn't need it, but we went ahead and did it anyway. His crew came out, they were respectful and let us know every step they were completing as they went through the process. They did outstanding work.
Turner's is honest, they provide excellent service, and I wish more HVAC companies were like this one!! Thank you Greg and crew!!.
Keith M.These guys did a great job installing my new AC. Furthermore, they beat the next best price by over $500. Finally, the whole package included 2 maintenance visits. I can't speak highly enough of these guys.
Well, wouldn't you know it. On the first day the temperature was supposed to hit 100 degrees our A/C stopped blowing cold! We decided to call Turner because we wanted a smaller company and we noticed the positive reviews on yelp. We called them at 9:00pm and they were able to show up a little after three the next day. Greg was professional and seemed very knowledgeable. He worked quickly and was able to give us some extra information about our system. The price was very affordable and, best of all, our A/C was up and running! I will definitely call Turner with my future HVAC needs.
