Ok, this is my experience with this family owned business: perfect!! I know nothing about plumbing, but have used countless contractors on numerous rebab projects over the years in Jacksonville, I always come back to their team. They get the job done : Once!! No need to get them back ever for a redo ....quality costs money, but done right, the long term savings are real! Kudos to your crew he helped us today at 5:00 pm !!

The plumbers arrived very promptly & was very knowledgeable. Joe & Matt was able to access the issue & fix the broken pipe promptly. They went above & beyond to give us references to help resolve our other issues caused by a broken water pipe. After having two plumbers give us quotes that were too high to snake a clogged kitchen sink, turner plumbing came to the rescue. Not only was their quote lower, the scope of work they ended up doing involved accessing a vent on roof of our two story house to snake the drain. This is the second time we've used turner, finding them to be reasonably priced, well equipped, polite, clean and highly professional. They also moved our appointment to the early morning after looking at the weather forecast and seeing the possibility of rain. If you're looking for an affordable, professional, and timely plumbing company, look no further! I had a main line clog that I was unable to clear myself with a rented 50 ft auger. (Lesson learned. Leave it to the professionals) We thought we needed to use a camera to see what was causing our drain issue, but Turner plumbing was able to clear the line properly and within 45 minutes which saved us money. They also didn't charge extra for bringing the camera since they didn't need to use it. Very grateful for the honesty and quality work provided from this company and their employees.

In Sept 2021 I called because I needed a new tub drain. I asked for a pop up for ease. What I received was the wrong drain the twist one. I had to pay for a service call that is 6 times the cost of a new one. I spoke with Watco and they said it was installed incorrectly. This one requires a wrench and a flathead screw driver each time to clean the drain. Why would they installed this model for a 78 year old to disassemble to clean the drain When I asked for the right model they insisted I would have to be charged again! Guess what for $20.00 I am able to install the new pop up model. This is the take advantage of seniors story.

First time using Turner and definitely not the last. I bought a new water heater from Lowe's to replace my old one that was on its last leg. Lowe's came out and gave me an estimate for the install and charged me $35.00 for just the estimate. Their install quote was absolutely ridiculous to replace an electric heater with the same size electric heater, so called Turner to get a second opinion. Lowe's also was horrid in the order process and I had to call multiple times just to have them tell me they couldn't find the water heater I bought from them, and then miraculously it shows up 30 minutes later. When I went to pick it up, they couldn't find any of the paperwork so just let me take it and hand wrote a pick up receipt. Just horrible. Turner quoted their rates over the phone and got me on the schedule that week. Their techs Zach and John showed up right on time and finished the job before lunch. They didn't charge me for any BS labor or parts I didn't need, and worked efficiently and hauled off my old clunker after testing the new unit to make sure everything was right and it worked. Definitely will use them again. The new unit works great. Thank you!

Arrived 15 minutes after the 2-hour scheduled window. I wasn't too upset by this because i understand a job can go over what's scheduled. The guys were polite and seemed competent in unclogging my drain line. Big surprise when they padded the bill for an extra 30-minutes (+$62). Claimed service call includes 15 minutes driving. So really your first hour at $124 is reall only 45 minutes. This was never explained when i called for pricing. One star because they finished within the 45 minutes and still charged for an hour and a half. I made them call the office as I disputed the bill. Manager confirmed GPS arrival at 1:11pm (was 1:15 by my watch), they were finished, packed and presented my bill at 2:03pm and still charged $188 (1.5 hours). Scammers

Called because of a slow drain, they promptly came out on time the next morning. John and Justin showed up and got to work right away. These two were very professional (ok, they also cracked me up at times) and got the problem taken care of quickly. I will definitely use them in the future
