Unprepared. Not prompt. When you give a time for an appointment,you should hold to that time or at the very least contact before hand and inform the customer that you will be running behind schedule. Also,who sets an appointment on Friday evening at 6:00 pm, then shows up at 7:30 pm with the wrong part,then tells the customer that now they may have to wait until Monday to resolve an issue that has been ongoing since the previous Monday? Sorry but I would not use this guy for anything based on my experience.

I met Jonathan through my Home owners insurance (Choice Warranty), I was having electrical problems. When he came onsite he was professional and have on a face mask, when he was assessing the situation he was very thorough knowledgeable about the mechanics of how and unit or a system operates. he knew about electrical and about the HVAC systems and even the Hot water heater. He explained the safety measures of how important it is to maintain your units in your home. From my first encounter he is the owner and he is representing HIS business, so he have to be on point at all times, he have to be open and honest about what he can and can't do, and if he is not doing as such, then we know BAD news travel fast. And seeing that he must be honest with his customers then us as being customers must be open to hearing that he one can't help or fix your problem, or that your units are out of date and the whole thing needs replacing. I like that about him he will tell you and you may not want to hear it and you may think he is being rude. He just keeping it honest. So I will utilize him again and I highly recommend him. MRS. This was the most thorough work I have seen in over a decade! Not only did John come in and look for specific issues that might have been unaddressed with my air conditioning unit, he gave me a fair quote. I felt confident that his work was great as he made sure that clogs & mechanical parts were in good shape. He was not stopping with a """"just add freon diagnosis"""" & go! He made sure my unit and home would be protected. Great job.

Please don't use this company.. They have no idea what they're doing, looking to cause problems in order to make money off people. Before his contractor even looked at my AC unit the owner was on the phone telling me what I should get done and the price. Looking to get money, on top of that he sent the wrong claim to my home warranty company causing them to deny the claim, when asked if he would call and correct what he messed up he never call them are called me back for that matter. It would be a huge mistake to get anything done by this company. Sincerely,

This is the WORST HVAC Company Ever!!! This guy has NO IDEA what he is doing, He left trash ALL over my yard, and I had to call him 1000 times just to get it back!! Whatever you do, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY for HVAC services!!!
