had the BEST experience ever with a plumbing service - from the phone call to the office, to the callback from the owner, to the wonderful man, Daniel Cardenas, that came out and swapped out my water heater. he came out first thing in the morning!
I'm a senior citizen and Anthony gave me a discount really helps when you are on a fixed income. scheduled me first thing because I was freezing and could not take a cold shower as my hot water heater no longer worked.
living in Patterson was so nice to keep with a locAl company who does wonderful service. Thank you Anthony!

Had a plumbing emergency on Sunday and my property management went with this company. I waited most of the day and night for these people to just keep giving me the run around. They said I was going to get helped after the two people ahead of me. Well that never happened. I wish they were truthful from the very beginning and told me they never had gotten a hold of their on call guy. That he had not responded to the calls or messages. I would've gone with another company from earlier in the day and gotten the job done. No plumber wanted to come out at night time in the dark. So my issue never got resolved, couldn't shit or shower all thanks to these folks. I recommend taking your business else where. I'm sure other people will be honest and tell you they are not sending anyone out after all.

Home warranty co sent us to TPHA, and I am glad they did. I was nervous due to previous reviews, but it seems as if things have changed since those were written. With scorching temperatures combined with a pregnancy, I was eager to get someone out ASAP. Without even having to request expedited services due to my circumstance, they were able to get someone out the next day (only bc I thought I had an AC unit on the roof, it would've been same day if that wasn't the case). The technician was very friendly and able to fix the problem right away. Happy customer.

Don't bother with them. They don't call their customers back unless you call multiple times. You're better off going somewhere else.

Awful customer service! This was the company that our home warranty company sent us to. The first time it took us over a week to get them to come out. The guy supposedly fixed the problem, however 3 weeks later the same issue is occurring. We contacted our home warranty company and they sent out another request immediately to Turlock Plumbing Heating and Air. This time my husband called and the office lady said it would Friday before they could come in...mind you we called on Monday morning first thing. She then said she would have to call back and confirm because for some reason she schedules the appointments, but can't actually schedule them until she talks to whoever else.

To make matters worse, she NEVER called back. We called Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and left a message with the message center because the office closes at 4. We never heard back from them either. Then a random man showed up at my house on Friday when no one was there. He called me and I told him we never heard back for a confirmation so he said no problem and to call and reschedule.

It gets even worse...when I called Tuesday morning (Monday was a holiday) to reschedule, the office lady kept telling me that she confirmed with my husband. When I politely told her that she did not and was supposed to call us back she essentially called my husband a liar by continuously stating that he confirmed it with her. I let her know that my husband would not have done that because we both work on Fridays and he would have never committed to something without knowing the time and knowing that we may have not been available. Finally I told her I just wanted to reschedule and she continued to state the my husband confirmed with her. At that point I asked her to have a manager call me asap...and she HUNG UP ON ME!!! When I called back I said that I couldn't believe she did that and she made up one random excuse after another about how that didn't happen, then how it disconnected or whatever else she lied about. At that point she continued to state that my husband confirmed.

The only reason I even dealt with it was because my home warranty company sent me to them. I then called the warranty company who contacted Turlock PH&A. Turlock told my home warranty company that the manager would be calling me back. Needless to say, that hasn't happened. Then I get a phone call from my home warranty company saying that Turlock HP&A didn't have the time to schedule my appointment so they would have to find someone else.

I rarely write negative reviews like this, but this company has absolutely NO sense of customer service and the previous reviews only support this statement. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone even in the worst circumstances.

This place has the worst customer service i have ever experienced. i am now going on two weeks from starting my claim with no working a/c and they could care less. The communication between the on call service, the techs and Christine who answers the phone is horrible. Save yourself some frustration and take your money to another company who actually cares.

They showed up 2 hours late charged me 85 dollars to replace a 5.00 Air Filter and then Through it in my back yard. The Technician Anthony was both Unprofessional and incompetent My guess is they will change their name pretty soon and fool some more suckers.

Don't even bother with this terrible, unorganized company. Kelly, the office girl, doesn't send out the right people or equipment to get the job done. They don't know what they're doing any rude to their customers
