Called this company last minute to see if they could do a camera scope on a home that we are selling for a second opinion.. explained that time was important as we had called Home Hero and were not happy with their timeliness nor their customer service. Michael was able to accommodate and get us in for the day. Arrived on time as stated and was right to work. When finished thoroughly explained what was found and also several routes that we could take. This was super important to help us in this situation. He also took the time to let us know more or less the detail of the work and where while walking through the home. The next day we were emailed in detail in the morning the options and again detailed them for us to present to the buyer. I was super pleased with the fact that his pricing was competitive even with being a small business owner local to the area and he made good on his word. Time is super important these days and it is hard to find good companies that care about their customers time. Their windows up to 4 hours out and then leaving people hanging wondering when they are gonna show up. Thanks!
