My experience with Turbo plumbing was after dealing with a few different plumbers. We were experiencing clogs frequently and decided to get someone to look with a camera. We had a mainline pipe with orangeburg that was slowly on it's way out. initially we had plumbers from two other services come and tell us that the pipe was going to go out and that it was only a week or two before it wouldn't work.

The plumbers quoted 7 grand to replace the pipe and didn't give too many details as to what exactly they were going to do. I had George come out and give me another opinion. while he confirmed what the other plumbers had told me, he gave me so much more detail and clearly explained everything about our main line pipes. while it wasn't the cheapest to come and run a camera and diagnose the problem it did count toward the future job we decided to take with them. George quoted me approximately 4800 for my repair and had it done in a day. Not only was George honest and detailed, he didn't give off the ultra shady vibes that I was getting from other plumbers coming in and telling me sign contracts with no explanations. I will definitely be using them for any future concerns thanks to this experience.

My experience today with George, the technician from Turbo Plumbing, was the best I can ever recall having with a plumber, and possibly any kind of contractor, actually. He showed up on time, wearing a mask. On the phone beforehand and in person he had a very good attitude, was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable about tankless water heaters. Price was reasonable too.
I would call Turbo again. Highly recommended!

When my dad needed a new water heater, I looked through a folder my mom had saved and found Turbo Plumbing. My parents had used them on their home for another plumbing need a decade ago and were very pleased. The owners said they would come by as soon as they could. And they did! George and team did a great job of replacing an old water heater and another part, all at a very reasonable price. I'm very glad my mom saved their number.

I'm a manager at an apartment building in Glendale, CA. I have been using Turbo Plumbing for over 6 years. I trust them completely with my property. Very professional, very clean workers (which is sometimes hard to find). They are also very responsible and punctual, which I love. They always arrive at the time they say they will. Never had any issue with them, they always make time to stop by the property when needed. The whole team is very good and I have and will continue to recommend them to people.

I had Turbo plumbing today for the 1st time. I had multiple plumbing problem. Kitchen sink stopped up. No water in the bathroom sink. Faucet needed to be replaced in 2 bathrooms. Shower had to have new faucets. In the 12 years in my building I have never never had more honest, respectful, knowledgeable, organized , clean , efficient and on time professional . I worked with George , Grant and Sam. I've never been more satisfied and happy in my life. Everything was cleaned and working perfectly. I would rate them above a ten anyway. I must say I'm a very fussy and critical person when it comes to workers . This guys won my respect and referrals. If you in plumbing trouble call them. You'll see why I gave them such a great review.

I have ALWAYS had people at turbo plumbing coming to solve issues at my appartment building for the past 5 years and all of them have been nothing but very kind, polite and super friendly until today.
The worse person from turbo plumbing came to my apartment, he is a short man with a huge stomach. He was rude, mean, condescending and racially profiled me. He was laughing at me and speaking Armenians to his collegue about me.
I even asked to speak to the manager and he was EVEN more rude, mean and yelling at me just like his employee. Even when I asked a simple question the plumber yelled at me.
Never ever in my life have I been treated so low and been racially profiled like that.
If you are a black person be careful of this company with this particular plumber and his manager. Zero customer service zero manners.
All customers must be treated with RESPECT REGARDLESS of their RACE!
It is not good to racially profiled people in 2020.

Dealing with this plumber (George) is a dream come true. They asked questions to make sure what I was wanting was really the best thing for us. We set appointment and kept in touch with their appointment time. The installation was accurate, clean and the two technicians are true professionals. When I mentioned that I had a gas leak in my outdoor kitchen bbq, they replaced the part and never charged me for it. I am confident I now have the right plumber.
