I have had the privilege of using Turbo Plumbing since I renovated my house in 2011. Yep, this is 2022, and they are STILL my plumbing service and I highly recommend them. George and his team are knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and honest people. I travel a lot, so when I arrived home a week before Thanksgiving last year with NO hot water in the house, George and his team were at my house the next day to give us interim hot water -- on a Saturday. That doesn't happen in LA, folks! Besides my 11 years excellent experience with Turbo Plumbing, in my 20+ years of developing homes, I never came across anyone who I would recommend except Turbo Plumbing. If I had Turbo Plumbing when I was building homes, I would probably have never left that profession. Plumbing is essential to building and living in a home, and when you find the right people you never let them go!

We've been using Turbo as our preferred plumbing vendor for the last 3 years. I help manage our condo building and Turbo has replaced all the sewage pipes and plumbing for the building. Their bids are always competitive and their work is impeccable. They always arrive on time and usually finish before their estimated completion date. Armen is our go to guy there and he's always available via cell. I love Turbo and would recommend them to anyone. If you want the best workmanship call Turbo!

Our tenants were having issues with the hot water. George responded very quickly, assessed the situation and sent us an estimate immediately. He saved us quite a bit of headache and money by finding an existing hot water pipe where a pump needed to be installed to regulate the hot water flow. Can't thank him enough for his honesty, expertise and and professionalism. I would call them again without hesitation.

George and team are amazing! No, they are probably not the cheapest for every job. But they are the best! They stand behind all of their work. They're reliable, competent, really organized and very clean.

In addition to a couple of emergency repairs, over the past year Turbo completed a bathroom remodel (with expert advice on which fixtures to use) and most recently an upgrade to a sophisticated instant hot water unit for the whole house. I'm a bit ""particular"", so I notice when cords are wrapped, pipes are cleaned, and they even spray painted some of the wood to make sure the entire area where the hot water was installed looked professional and clean.

Best plumbing service, EVER! They showed up promptly, changed out the kitchen sink faucet, located the other source of the leak, changed out the pipe quickly and efficiently and we've had no problems since. I have Turbo Plumbing in my contacts and will never bother calling any other plumbing company in times of need.

My experience with Turbo plumbing was after dealing with a few different plumbers. We were experiencing clogs frequently and decided to get someone to look with a camera. We had a mainline pipe with orangeburg that was slowly on it's way out. initially we had plumbers from two other services come and tell us that the pipe was going to go out and that it was only a week or two before it wouldn't work.

The plumbers quoted 7 grand to replace the pipe and didn't give too many details as to what exactly they were going to do. I had George come out and give me another opinion. while he confirmed what the other plumbers had told me, he gave me so much more detail and clearly explained everything about our main line pipes. while it wasn't the cheapest to come and run a camera and diagnose the problem it did count toward the future job we decided to take with them. George quoted me approximately 4800 for my repair and had it done in a day. Not only was George honest and detailed, he didn't give off the ultra shady vibes that I was getting from other plumbers coming in and telling me sign contracts with no explanations. I will definitely be using them for any future concerns thanks to this experience.

My experience today with George, the technician from Turbo Plumbing, was the best I can ever recall having with a plumber, and possibly any kind of contractor, actually. He showed up on time, wearing a mask. On the phone beforehand and in person he had a very good attitude, was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable about tankless water heaters. Price was reasonable too.
I would call Turbo again. Highly recommended!

When my dad needed a new water heater, I looked through a folder my mom had saved and found Turbo Plumbing. My parents had used them on their home for another plumbing need a decade ago and were very pleased. The owners said they would come by as soon as they could. And they did! George and team did a great job of replacing an old water heater and another part, all at a very reasonable price. I'm very glad my mom saved their number.
