I am back with another great review..i feel like its the least i can do.

Ok, so..after they installed my thermostatic shower system...I live in a condo that i did a full bathroom remodel. Well, i was only getting 30% of pressure. They told me when the walls where open up when they put in my system (see other review with pics) that the galvanized pipes where old and clogged. Even with 30& I was still enjoying my shower..even though there wasn't enough pressure to run the four amazing Jets. Then one day it was at 10%..oh no...

So i tell the HOA that they need to replace the pipes, i have no pressure. They sent they building plumber over to take a look...hes a one man shop, older guy...he told the HOA that its doing that because i had too elaborate of a system. what a knuckle head plumber. Even i knew that wasn't the fact. so to make this story not a noval...long story short...Turbo came through for me, because the HOA was giving me a hard time, making jump through hoops, getting permission from the guy below me that had to have some wholes open up in his kitchen so they can run new copper, ect...

now get this...they had me get a second quote from another plumber..why should i do that? i did anyway..the guy said two to three days and 4, 800.00. lol

Turbo charged 2,800 and did it in under a day. these guys are the best i have ever seen and they are so nice and cool as well. you can't find people like this.

i would recommend these guys to every one in the world if i could.

can you love a plumber?! (not like, in a hunky falcon films kind of way...)

i mean really love a plumber?! 'cause you can with turbo. george and crew were recommended to me by a neighbor whose whole family does property management. so i trusted her because if they don't know a good plumber, who does? she told me turbo just took care of some kitchen issues including switching out a dishwasher, and that she's used them for years and has been very happy with them.

i had a truly icky issue - the shower was not draining, the toilet was gurgling... and there was water dripping from that 2nd floor bathroom into the 1st floor below. i called george over the weekend, they were very very prompt in getting back. and although the first appointment was actually originally going to be the following wednesday- i asked please if there is a sooner opening, let me know!!! (we had stopped using that bathroom but we needed it. cause when u need to go you need... well you know...)

so monday came and george called early in the morning because whew luckily there was an opening. he sent two guys out, they did a diagnostic of our layout... and based on some testing and trouble shooting they did, they found the problem and tackled it. our drains were flowing once again and they had legit recommendations on pipe maintenance (ie, that an additional clean out was suggested... given the labyrinthine layout of the place).

i'll tell u that at every step, george was patient and pleasant as can be - because we had a lot of phone contact. not only that, the service by the techs was no nonsense, on point, honest and very very fairly priced. (i've used and reviewed moe plumbing, monkey wrench plumbing, and numerous others - so y'all believe me all, I know pluming pricing!!!)

the absolute best thing about my experience with turbo is-- they inspired confidence, and calm. lets face if if you're calling a plumber, you got a problem! they will help restore your sanity and and significantly reduce your stress! for specialty issues, they also have recommendations and connections (like roto rootering or hydrojetting if you have roots in the sewer line...)

this was one of the best plumbing calls i ever made, and i will for sure continue to use them again when need be.

I have know Armen and George for many years. They ALWAYS have solutions for whatever problem. They come on time, work quickly and clean up afterwards. However, these are to be expected from any professional outfit. Above and beyond regular plumbers, these men have relationships in mind and at heart. I always feel heard and respected. 6 stars

My Nortiz tankless water heater stopped working and George diagnosed the problem, fixed and serviced it quickly and cleanly without any up sell. He wanted to make sure I knew all the options up front. The price was spot on and it saved me from buying a new heater.

Their name says it all. Fast, friendly and extremely knowledgable. They earned my trust right away after Armen and George helped eliminate several issues that where previously caused by the so called plumbers I've called in the past. I was told by several other companies that we needed extensive work. George did a great job repairing my tankless water heater and also replacing my broken sewer main line in front of my house. Forgot to mention, their prices are very reasonable compared to other quotes I got.

These guys are great!!!! I had a issue with my water pressure and I had no pressure what so ever. I called someone to come look at it and they were trying to get me to replace all my pipes and everything. So I said I'll call and get a second opinion and I called Turbo Plumbing and they came out and all it was a Pressure Regulator located in front of the house and I was told that I don't need my pipes replaced because they are copper pipes. These guys are honest and great. Keep up the good work guys!!!
