Where do I start?

Excellent service in every way from initial contact through completion of the job.

Dennis was very pleasant and I even learned a lot from him while he was doing the repair.

They are fast and efficient, call back quickly and squeezed me in to his schedule so we'd have hot water for the holiday.

I will definitely be using Turbo Plumbing again in the future.

Got a very fast response, and we scheduled the job. Dennis was just great--the work was done well and the price was very reasonable. Dennis is great, quick and very knowledgeable about plumbing, which is very helpful when you are trying to find a plumber. He fixed up our old line and suggested we have a different pipe.

Considering the close relationship we seem to have with our plumber it's shocking I haven't written a review.

We have 1 bathroom. We are a family of 4. So it should go without saying that it needs to be working at all times.

For the first couple of years - every time it heavily rained - we would have issues. We would call- they would fix it. Until the next rain. Once it started acting up and it was the weekend and for reasons I can't remember I ended up having someone else come out. That person made my toilet explode and then left while saying we needed new pipes. The next day Turbo plumbing comes out and insists we just need a new switch for $150. My husband is insisting we need to spend thousands of dollars for new pipes bc we are tired of having plumbers out. Dennis promises us this is all we need to do. Several years later - he was right.

We trust Dennis and his team and are really happy with their service.

Found a good plumber! Needed a plumber to clear my main sewer line. I have a large tree in front and usually needs to be rooted every year to year and a half. Things were backing up again, but not an emergency. After researching through Nextdoor.com and Yelp, I called Turbo Plumbing on Friday and set up appointments time for Monday. The lady who called me back was friendly, helpful and empathetic to my problem. Dennis arrived right on time and quickly went to work, asking questions about what has been done In the past. He took time to clear away obstructing aloe Vera plant, rooted my main line, explained the process, the good and the bad, took the time to look under my sink to give me advice on the plumbing under there, charged me a reasonable price for the work done.
