Water heater failed, called their answering service, got a call from Turbo soon thereafter. At their request, texted a couple pictures of the old unit. Got a quote and appointment for that afternoon. They called prior to the appointment and showed up on time, replaced the old unit, gas and water lines, and helped troubleshoot a back pressure problem. Fast, courteous service, professional job and the new water heater is fantastic.

This is the second time I've hired them (the first was for a sewer lateral).

I called my regular plumber because of a backed up sink and was referred to Turbo. Made the call to answering service. About 15 minutes later I had an appointment for later in the day. Dennis called me while he was on his way. GREAT guy! Fast, thorough and he even cleaned the sink! I will used Turbo again if needed. Not pleased. My property management sent this company to our home because for two weeks we had a leak under our upstairs bathroom sink and our toilet keep making a loud gargling noise and sucking back all the water. A gentleman, per my maintenance man named Dennis came to our home. My husband was there. He said nothing was wrong with anything, the toilet issue was normal he doesnt see any leaks under the sink, he mentioned a week prior a main pipe had a build up that had since been resolved. He suggested the water under the sink was caused by my 5 year old brushing his teeth and water over flowing off the counter top. He left.

I did not understand his findings so I contacted him to discuss it further and have a better understanding of how he came to his conclusion. It appears he doesnt like to be questioned in his work because he got very defensive and was not letting me get my full question/sentence out. When I was trying to explain how the leak was happening and how large of a water spill it was causing he told me that as impossible, when I stated that it was indeed possible because I had seen it with my own eyes he yelled at me and hung up.

I will never have this company back to my home. This appointment took place 3 weeks ago and yet I still have a leak under my sink with the same toilet issues. After a second opinion it appears the pipes arent connected correctly and looking under my sink you can see the corrosion & build up on the fittings.

Rude and unprofessional. Will never use again.

I have had 3 jobs completed by Dennis at Turbo.
All good.
But the last job was a nightmare. A water leak inside a slab floor of my home.
After no water for a couple days, Dennis came over on his day off and spent 3/4 of his day repairing our leak. He had to jack hammer through the floor, find the pipe, repair the leak and then seal the hole back up.
He could have been watching TV at his own home, but he spent that time with me and my wife to help us out of a major jam.
Thats just above and beyond.
I recommend Turbo plumbing to all.

Great Service! Water Heater pilot light had been going out and had to be manually lit for months and I'd had it! Cold showers are not fun for anyone. I called at 7 am and was surprised the answering service actually answered that early. I had a return call within an hour and a scheduled appointment for that day. Dennis knew exactly what was wrong with it and replaced the thermal coupling. My water heater is back up in full swing. Thank you Dennis and Turbo Plumbing. I am above and beyond impressed with Turbo Plumbing! Dennis the owner and Mike his assistant worked the whole day at my house and the job was completed! They were both very professional and kept me updated on what was going on! Amazing customer service! Another company told me we'd have to replace our sewer line. Dennis from Turbo came out and put a camera down the line, and couldn't find a single reason to replace it! He also gave me some tips on how to keep our plumbing in tip top shape. We were so happy to find Turbo Plumbing!

We have Dennis on speed dial. The teenage son failed to tell us that the boys bathroom completely backed up late one night. My husband discovered it at 4:00 a.m. when we got up to get ready for work. I woke up several hours later to the bathroom completely taped off with ""DO NOT USE"" signs all over. It was bad. Hubby called Dennis and when I arrived home from work that afternoon, someone from Turbo was working hard to clear things up. It's like he waved a magic wand. Found them online when looking for a plumber in Castro Valley. Called this morning and told them I needed help replacing faucets and stems in bathroom, got answering service, received call back from the office within minutes. Was told they would try to have someone out this afternoon, received call at 3 PM that Dennis was on his way. He arrived fixed all my issues within an hour.
