I run a preschool in San Leandro. After a pipe under the house exploded, I referenced some recommendations from my neighborhood association. I found overwhelmingly favorable reviews for Dennis at Turbo Plumbing. So I gave his business a call. Soon after leaving a message with his message service, I received a call from Dennis and he was able to squeeze my project in. He was prompt, tidy, clear, and gave me a great description of the situation and later what he did to fix it.

Added Dennis to my speed dial today. He didn't actually work on my plumbing but called me back to tell me that he was pretty booked for the week. Told me that he would be happy to check out my plumbing if he thought my two other estimates were off the wall, but if they sounded reasonable to go ahead and go with them. He then took the time to tell me what to look for when comparing estimates, down to what coupling(sp) to ask for. Now that's customer service!

Had them out to replace my 27 year old hot water heater. I called them late night on a Friday, A live person answered and I had a call back within minutes from Dennis. He knew what he was talking about and gave me a quite over the phone. When they arrived the next day not only did they replace the water heater but they replaced all the lines to ensure none of them would have problems later.
