I wish I could give them a 10!!! The team was amazing and earned my trust right away! Before giving me an estimate for repiping, Don ensured that the work could be done with minimum damage to the walls as the pipes were also located in the attic which would allow a lower price. Alejandro climbed into the attic through a small opening in the closet and made sure it was workable and in good shape. It was! None of the other companies that came prior Turbo plumbing, took the time or made the effort to do so (for instance, they were talking about breaking the wall in my living room in order to get to the pipes in master bathroom when in reality they were none in that specific location).
Thanks to their professionalism,courtesy and attention to details, Alejandro and Edwin completed the job in a timely manner, showing up everyday on time and taking care of details beyond the scope of my expectations. I thank you for everything you did and I highly recommend Turbo Plumbing and Rooter!!!

I had problems with a toilet and a bathroom sink. After speaking with Alejandro the night before, he promptly set up my appointment for the following day. Edwin came to our house on time and did a great job in fixing my plumbing problems. He was very courteous and polite.

I really gotta thank these guys!!! I had an emergency situation where my kitchen sink was not draining. These guys responded within the hour and got here just as fast. Edwin was my technician great guy very knowledgeable. Got the job done quickly and with very little mess which he cleaned up anyway. After everything was fixed and back to normal there was no upsell and not a surprise change in price that was already talked about. Thank you guys for making a horrible situation 1000% better. I will call these guys again if I'm ever in need of anything plumbing related because they know what they are doing and they are reasonably priced!!!

I need work done on my leaky bathroom facets as soon as possible. Alejandro scheduled my appointment for the next day. I found this company to very professional and arrived on time. The problem was spotted immediately and resolved. I found their cost to be quite reasonable. Overall, I would recommend Turbo Plumbing & Rooter not only for their efficient work but it's one company you can trust. I will absolutely call on them again to do additional plumbing work on my house.

Alejandro was quick to respond to my inital call for my senior neighbor's clogged toilet drain. He showed up within promised response time and after inital customary snaking found the problem to be with over grown root and offered a costly but sure shot solution of hydro jetting as the only and best option. He quoted us 1000 and finally settled for 800 and promised to come next morning.

Next morning he showed up early in the morning and started work. I in the mean time did my homework, which i should have done before agreeing . It happened so fast and partly becuase i wanted to trust the good yelp reviews . I actually found a pluming company called "" LA hydrojet plumbing"" offering the same service for 350 .

By the time I arrived at my neighbors house with this information, the work was already done ( took about an hour). I tried to persude Alejandro with details but he didnt fudge and we ended up paying full.

Long story short, service is good but pricing not as much. one has to be carefull with pricing when dealing with them. Dont place your trust blindly and do your homework.

Very pleased with their service. We just used them for the first time and had never heard of them before today. They arrived within the hour from the call. Not only did the plumber do excellent work at our home, but 2 customer service reps stopped by to make sure everything was being handled correctly. Very rare for a company these days to send a team to make sure you are taken care of. Loved that! You would expect for that type of personal service they would be cost a fortune. Wrong. They were very fair with their price and excellent with their repair. I highly recommend them and I plan to treat them as our new local plumber. Use them! Call them!

Wow!! I've never experienced such thoughtful customer service. I needed a plumber to fix a water line for my new refrigerator and didn't know who to call. I submitted my request on Angie's List and within a minute or so, I got a call from Turbo. Edwin came to my house within the hour to assess the situation and offer me a free estimate. The problem was solved within a couple hours and he also did a full assessment of the plumbing in my house to make sure everything was running smoothly. I am thoroughly pleased with their service and highly recommend Turbo!!
