I love Tunnel Vision! I am a realtor and I have had them do many video plumbing inspections for my clients. They are very thorough and professional. Frank always takes time to explain things. They always try to fit me in even with a short notice. When it came time for my husband and I to buy a house I knew I wanted Tunnel Vision to do my plumbing inspection.

At first, they seamed great and this would have been a 5 star review. They missed a leak during the inspection but were very nice and came out to fix it. Then I asked about a second leak that I believe they missed in the sewer line connected to my upstairs toilet (I opened the ceiling and could see that it was leaking at the elbow connection in the sewer line). After a few emails back and forth in which Tunnel Vision accused me of trying to scam them and threatened legal action if I posted a bad internet review, I decided to fix this leak myself so as not to deal with them anymore. Nothing that I said in this review is slanderous so I hope I do not see a letter from a lawyer! Proceed with caution if using this company.

The guy who did the inspection came on time and completed the inspection. He stated there was a blockage and provided me a flash drive. We wanted to see what the blockage looked like, but the flash drive did not work. I tried it on 3 different computers (Mac, HP, and Thinkpad). I reached out to say it did not work and I was told a tech would send it to me the next morning. I sent a email the next day stating I didnt receive a followup and did not receive a reply.

Today I recieved a call on behalf ofTunnel vision video plumbing from some low level attorney named Liz Hammett. ( sister of the owner Sharron P ) stating they had every right to dig up my property. Guess I will see them in court.
