This company is absolutely fantastic. James, the master plumber, who does a lot of the work is efficient, knowledgeable, considerate, very respectful, and will NOT try to pull the wool over your eyes. He knows how to get things done and cleans up after himself. He is on top of things. if there's an emergency he will work you or twll you not to worry and explain what to do until he can get to you! And the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. I have used them several times and referred them to multiple people who have used them and they all love this company.

Tug saved my sanity. Literally. After moving in to a new-to-us home and the toilet clogging so badly that it rained into our downstairs ceiling, we needed to get to the root of the problem. Another plumber came and 'cleared the clog' for it only to reappear after 5 more days of use. Tug was recommended to me by another plumber who was unable to come. He came out right away, verified he would be back the next day with his camera and was on time, ready to work. He spent over 2 hours clearing the massive buildup in our toilet. It was disgusting and fascinating and I'm eternally grateful. It also calms me knowing that his services come with a warranty. He's a super nice guy and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and refer him to anyone in need.
