Terrible service. They made the problem worse and made false promises to hire another plumbing company to fix it, but never followed thru.

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. Worst plumber experience I have ever had. I still cannot believe what happened, happened. They definitely do not have any respect for their customers or their homes. First the young man barged in with his head down, not saying a word. Headed towards my kitchen where it was pitch black, I had to stop him and say excuse me the bathroom is this way. Still no word, just walked to the bathroom. He worked for a bit and called in another man, who was sitting in the van, and turns out he was THE OWNER. He lets himself in through my back door, also not greeting us or saying a word. The 1st guy brings out a wad of hair dripping throughout my house to show us, getting it all over the floors. Then an hour and a half later - they're both out the door. Not saying anything on what was done or ANYTHING. They hurry to their van and LEAVE. Confused why they left and why we didn't have a bill...Well... we walk in our bathroom to find it an absolute MESS. Black stuff every where - floor, bathtub, sink, doors, under the sink, drawers, all over the stuff in the drawers. Bathroom just destroyed. I would not wish what happened to us upon anyone. It was an absolute nightmare. I've never been so upset, disgusted in I my life. Hundreds of dollars of stuff just ruined. I don't know how this company has the rating/reviews they do or how they are in business.

On a Saturday when my tenant's kitchen and bathroom sinks backed up. I felt it was outside my skill set to resolve. I called a couple of places from my Yelp list to check on availability and fees. I liked that Tuffy's got back to me right away. The office provided clear communication about timeline and what to expect and anticipated fees. There were no surprises. This is not a fancy company, more like a family business. They clearly did the job and were easy to work with.

Slow Drains

I've had Tuffy (Chris) out twice now and while they are not as fancy as larger companies with a fleet of trucks, they are super responsive and get the job done quickly. Our first visit was a few years back for a backed up floor drain over the weekend. Most recently we had a sink and tub that were slow draining and no amount of drain chemicals would do the trick. Rates were reasonable and it's always good to support a small family business.

Tuffy (Chris) to the rescue again!!! These guys work hard, at a fair price. If you are looking for matching outfits and a new shiny truck with fancy logos painted on it --these are not your guys. If you want a straight shooter that does not mess around and tells it like it is -- for a fair price -- these are your guys. Thanks Chris!

My home warranty company hired this company to come check of my kitchen sink back up. Once the plumber showed up he knocked on my front door then proceeded to walking through my back yard and help himself into my three season room. He did not introduce himself with his name or company name. I told him what the issue was he never asked, he asked to see the basement I showed him. For the next 15-20 mins it sounded like he was drilling into my foundation.

He came up and wasn't going to say anything till I asked if my pipes are okay or if there is anything major wrong? He said no just rust and grease. Mind you We are first time home owners here in Wisconsin, we are from California.

After he left I went into the basement to find an inch and a half of water sitting in half of the unfinished portion of the basement. I proceeded to call the company directly and voice my concerns and Shelly or Sally stated to me they are not a cleaning crew they are only hired to fix the problem, after her attitude and rude remarks I hung up and proceeded to call my warranty company to file a formal complaint on this company. Shelley or Sally then called me back leaving a VM stating he rinsed the basement down with clean water.

As you can see from the pictures they left dirt, rust and grease all over my basement along with an inch and a half of water. It would of been one thing to mention to me I might want to go mop or clean it up to just walk in and out with almost nothing said.

I clearly think this is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. For them to just leave someone's house a mess like this is disrespectful. Also who ever the plumber was (I never got his name) and who ever Shelly or Sally is hands down are the most unpleasant and unprofessional people I have ever came across in my life. I do not recommend anyone to use this company.

AWFUL. Leak is still not fixed. Had them come to fix it twice. Still not fixed. Going elsewhere. Don't want these plumbing hacks to attempt something they clearly can't fix.

Very unprofessional, did not clean up after themselves, and they had to come back a second time because they didn't get it right the first time. Hopefully this time it is right!

Clogged floor drain. Tuffy's was by us on the same day. Fast, friendly service and a very reasonable price. Even cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend this company.
