I manage 100 residential property units mostly for private investors who choose their own heating and air-conditioning companies they want to use. Had the misfortune of needing the services of this company because the owner of this property chose them to install brand new heating and air-conditioning systems to a duplex costing well over $20,000 in total. Made an appointment to have the air-conditioning systems checked trying to keep good maintenance of the systems service man comes checks one system takes less than five minutes I ask him if he's going to check the other he said no .I said well the two systems here why would you only check one ,he said no one mentioned two systems and walked away and got in his truck. They have cute commercials and well thought out jingles ,perhaps they should spend more time training their employees on good customer service, there's a four letter word for the gentleman that serviced my unit today that word is jerk.

I did have some issues with the invoice. They reached out to me and we resolved our differences. The work completed was good. No issues with quaility.

What a terrible company! The customer service issues are only rivaled by how terribly they treat their employees. Call after call has been ignored as well as many emails and texts. Messages were sent to several individuals including the owner and CFO. If you can avoid any interaction with this company you should do so at all costs.

Tudi I called for emergency services my basement was filled with sewage - they came last Saturday 10/27/18. Upon arrival they reviewed issue without resolve - telling me my pipe was collapsed. Digging my yard would be required to fix supposed collapsed pipe. the technician did not have appropriate equipment. I had standing water in my basement, so was placed on emergency list for repairs for Monday morning, 10/29. A repair person did not contact me until 11 a.m. Monday then told me they would get back to me. He did not contact me until WEDS at 1 pm. I had no use of my water.

I called another plumber/sewer service who fixed this in less than an hour. I incurred expense of an air b and b... I had children in the house - and was very upset at the lack of concern and response from TUDI.

Twice now, I've encountered their vans being driven on Rt51 and the West End Bridge with no regard for the safety of others on the road, speeding and weaving in an out of traffic and nearly hitting other vehicles. An email to them about this reckless behavior was ignored. I have no interest in using them again if these are the sorts of employees they hire.

Tudi did an exceptional job installing air-conditioning throughout my 1940's home, working with me to develop plans that integrated best with the character and solid construction of my home. They met the budget, the timeline, and were in communication throughout the project. Highly recommend!

The electrician, Josh provided quality, experienced service. He was informative and patient when I was not. Great electrician.

I did not go with the heating because the representative was demeaning and had an overall poor attitude toward me. I asked questions, he wasn't communicative nor clear, so I chose another to do my furnace.

Tudi installed my central air conditioning system 13 years ago and I have always used them for annual service check ups and repairs. Their service is the best! The office secretary is most competent, efficient and polite. She does her best to accommodate my requests in scheduling for appointment times and service technicians. She even adjusts their schedule if I need someone to come ASAP.

The technician that has come the past three years is knowledgeable about my ac system, effectively diagnoses what needs to be done, tells me what it is going to cost, is neat and cleans up after his work is done, polite, and explains what he has done. He provides information on changes coming to the air conditioning industry in the future ie elimination of current coolant being used and what I need to anticipate doing because of this. It is a pleasure to do business with Tudi!

We have used TUDI Mechanical Systems since we bought our home several years ago, at the recommendation of our realtor. I must say that they have never let us down. We have enjoyed excellent service from them in HVAC, electrical and plumbing for several badly needed projects - several of them urgent / emergent.

Most recently, our hot water heater just gave out, almost flooding the basement at 4:30pm. I called TUDI and the dispatcher said she would check with the on-call team. I had family visiting from Florida for the hurricane evaluation, and it was imperative that hot water be available.

Well, I can happily say that when they checked with the on-call team and Dan C, Dan (who wasn't on call that night) offered to come over, knowing full well that I would likely need a new hot water heater. The on-call team, meanwhile went and picked up the appropriate replacement and came over to help Dan with removing the old unit and bringing the new unit into the home, saving (billable) time. Dan installed the unit quickly but beautifully, taking pride in his work and neatness of the installation and the job site, which was left cleaner and more organized than he had encountered it. I simply cannot say enough good things about Dan C, who has done several other projects for us.

The home maintenance plan pays for itself with just 1-2 smaller or one large project, and we plan on keeping this up indefinitely. TUDI is not inexpensive, but you DEFINITELY get excellent value for the investment - high quality service that is not only done right the first time, it is done efficiently, professionally, and without cutting any corners whatsoever. Dan is a true professional, and we are delighted that he knows out home well. Excellent experiences - thank you to the entire TUDI Mechanical Team!
