Established in 1968 as Frank Black Mechanical Services, we began by providing plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services primarily for residential clients. In 1981, Denver Tuckey acquired the company, rebranding it as Mechanical Services, and continued the service-oriented approach established in 1968.

Kenneth Tuckey, Denver's oldest son, acquired the company in 1984 and established Tuckey Mechanical Services, Inc. Rapid growth followed, leading to the addition of Commercial and Industrial Departments. Soon after, we enhanced our Service Department by introducing Preventive Maintenance Programs, a move that has been beneficial for both our clients and our operations.
