Founded in 1968 as Frank Black Mechanical Services, the company initially focused on plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services primarily for homeowners. Denver Tuckey purchased the company in 1981, renaming it Mechanical Services, while upholding the same customer-focused philosophy.

In 1984, Kenneth Tuckey, Denver's firstborn, assumed control and incorporated it as Tuckey Mechanical Services, Inc. Growth surged, prompting the establishment of Commercial and Industrial Departments. Eventually, our Service Department broadened its offerings to include Preventive Maintenance Programs, benefiting both our clients and our business.
