My name is Roy. We had Howard disconnect an old water softener system that came with our home, but was never used. He was very quick and efficient. The price was fair, and Howard even helped me drain and move the system once he finished. I would definitely use him again and refer him to anyone needing plumbing work.

Howard is not only incompetent, he is a very good con- artist.
When I asked him to install a gas boiler he decided to make easy money out of me. He told me he can get a used boiler for $500 and took money to go get it. He disappeared since. I can't believe he did this to me. I have known him for more then10 years and I even had helped him when he needed when his car broke down once. A big scumbag!
Also, just found out someone has filed a lawsuit against him just few weeks before. I am not the only one got ripped off.

Howard is incompetent. He took 4 months to replace 2 valves. Now that one of them is not working, He has taken 2 months, and all he has done is to remove the old valve. He lied that he bought a replacement valve, then lied that he bought a part for the valve. He cannot be trusted.

Terrible service. Never shows up, lies and I had to get another plumber to re-do his work. This guy is the worst....Howard Erickson , of Tucker Plumbing and Heating.

Never shows up for work. Had to hire someone else and he did not give me a refund. Code failed work that this plumber did including leaking gas pipe and improper venting of furnace. Would not use this Company.
