Had tiling completed in the Master Bath and the tilers, when removing the toilet ruined the mounting screws and the mounting flange. The first plumber saw all sorts of peroblems. Estimated that the repair would cost between $ 800 and $1800. Cut rate was the next plumber to come and did not see any of the problems the first plumber did. They went to work, completed the install and did so for less than half the estimated $ 800 lowest cost quoted by the previous plumber. Outstanding Company. Now our go-to plumbers.

Called these guys to repair a slab leak. The first call was to an older man who said he would call me back with a person to detect the leak. No call back. Later, after hiring a leak detection company to locate the leak, I called and spoke to someone who told me they would be out the next morning first thing to repair the leak. When asking for an estimated time I was told they are supposed to show up first thing in the morning but these crews show up whenever they like if at all. """"You know how these guys are"""". Already not a good sign. Then next morning, I call them around 9 am and they tell me they will be out soon. No call back and no show. Meanwhile I wasted my morning at home when I had other things to take care of. I would pass on this company.

For the 4th time Tucker's Plumbing has done a terrific job for us. We needed to replace our 14 yr old water heater, after an inspection for new home insurance. Awesome price (40 gal water heater-Rheem) including labor and parts. The heater had to be installed in the closet and the guys Ric and JP did a fabulous job! Respectful and professional as always. Thanks! See you in a couple of weeks for new commodes and faucets for our bathrooms and kitchen. Called and they were here the next day. Want a plumbing job done right? Call them. They've been in business since 1934.

Important repair needed to be done. They kept making appointments, postponed one after the other, and finally didn't show, no warning, no explanation. I had to take off work every time, and wait for nothing. Unwilling to waste more time, I called another company

Set an appointment for a Monday late afternoon. They did not show up and when we called, they said they were stuck on a job and rescheduled for the next morning between 8:30 and 9am. No show again. When I called the office at 11am, they said they called before they show up to an appointment and we did not answer but they could not give me the number they called. Guy answering the phone was a complete jerk when I called to find out where they were. Crazy attitude and not nice people.

The service was okay. They were not prepared for the job on Friday so they had to return on Monday. While we had no water over the weekend, causing our family to get a hotel for the weekend. Then they guys shows up. And he's rude. After asking him to repeat himself because he mumbled so bad, his response was """"you can't hear huh"""" I am disabled veteran, with hearing loss. Needless to say. His comments were not received well. He went on to complete the repair but not before he literally farted in our home in front of my wife several times (3-4) my wife was disgusted and removed herself. And asked that I observe the remaining repair process. This man proceeded to fart again And again. Literally the worst class I've ever witnessed. I confronted him about his foul behavior, he laughed!! As if it was okay. I'm not sure what to say at this point. I guess if you need a plumber and you donn my t have much choice. Go with this company. ? If all else fails.

I had to unsatisfactory experience with Tucker's plumbing 1: I went into the store looking for two toilets one morning and the employee behind the desk never looked up to greet me and never offered to assist me even after I asked him was there any additional inventory other than what was available in the store so I left and went to one of the large-chain home stores and purchased my toilets. 2: The day before Thanksgiving, I had a leak under my kitchen sink, I called Tucker's and asked if someone could come out on that day and before I could express what my issue was I was verbally cut and was told that no one could come out for two weeks and then right after my call with Tucker's called another plumbing company expressed what my issue was and they took the time to assist me over the phone, with success mind you, that is the difference between good and poor customer service!! My future plumbing requests will certainly be with another plumbing company!

I called Tucker on a Friday morning when my water heater broke, I have to say they were out here within the hour, because we had no water at all. They did do a great job. I was pleased untill I saw the bill. Tucker charged me $800 for a 20 gal water tank, the told me they don't make my water tank anymore, and should be thankful they found one. I live in a mobile home and have no room for a larger one. The next day I called Mobile Home Depot, that had one there for $320. I feel that they didn't look very far to find a tank, and I feel that they ripped me off. My husband and I are 71 years old, we had no water, Tucker took advantage. I will never use the again. And I did pass the word.

Tucker started a job, was scheduled to come back in a few hours to complete. Tucker did not return and would not return my phone calls. Tucker left me hanging without a phone call or a kitchen sink for over a day. Tucker lost my garbage disposal, refused to accept responsibility for losing it and I had to purchase another disposal. WAY overpriced and unprofessional.
