Tucker started a job, was scheduled to come back in a few hours to complete. Tucker did not return and would not return my phone calls. Tucker left me hanging without a phone call or a kitchen sink for over a day. Tucker lost my garbage disposal, refused to accept responsibility for losing it and I had to purchase another disposal. WAY overpriced and unprofessional.

The contractor was supposed to call between 8 - 9 AM and didn't. I called the company after 9 am and they said the contractor was at the store loading up and will be at my home within 20 minutes. he never arrived and left a voice message stating he would see me Monday morning. They should have just told me Monday morning appointment! Had no water all weekend.

I went in on a Monday asking for service for installing a P-trap they said they would be there by eight on Wednesday they never showed up I called he said why don't you do the plumbing

After calling three different plumbing companies ,one of which I had used within the past year, for a toilet that would not flush and back up mess in the bathtub these guys came out the same day. They were professional and very nice. I would recommend them and in the future they will be the first company I call.

I have used this company a few times. My insurance company wanted us to replace some corroded fittings on 2 sinks and our washing machine. I called at 10:00 in the morning and they showed up at 2:00 the same day. They had everything necessary on their truck. They rebuilt the 2 sinks and replaced the washing machine hoses and fittings in 3 hours. The 2 men who came were very friendly and professional. We were very happy and impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of the work.

I thought they were going to be great, but from the start, not so much. They were supposed to be at my house at 8am, got there about 9:30. Then the water heater was too big so they had to have someone else bring a smaller one. This was yesterday and this morning I still don't have hot water.... So my grade for them would be a D

I've used these guys for years, friendly and very knowledgeable staff, extensive stocking of hard to find parts at decent prices, never used their outcall plumbers yet. Today they outdid themselves with a very old and extremely stuck Moen tub cartridge I needed to replace that wouldn't budge. First they gave me great advice and gave me free the small plastic removal tool. Second, they correctly diagnosed the type and model of replacement cartridge, sold it to me for a reasonable price up front to save another trip back with the old part and the water off. Lots of helpful advice of how to use the Moen tool in case in the worst possible case the stem broke off. It did of course, this thing was stuck tight, decades old. Then, they gave me more great advice by phone to use vinegar to dissolve old calcium deposits and offered to send a plumber out if I couldn't get it, since now it's an emergency with broken cartridge and water can't be turned back on. With the vinegar and the largest screw extractor from Harbor Freight it finally came. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I can't recommend these guys highly enough, this business is a tremendous asset to the community, thanks again John and all!

We've used Tucker Plumbing for years even though they didn't show up for our first scheduled appointment. I gave them a second chance, but after today I'm done. I called on Thursday needing a dishwasher installed. I was told someone would do it Friday, but if not it would be done on Monday for sure. Monday 4:00 I assume that no one is coming. A phone call letting me know that so I'm not stuck in my house waiting would have been nice. When I called, I was told they were short staffed and I'd have to wait until the next day. Why didn't anyone let me know? I retract all of recommendations to use Tucker's Plumbing.
