I went to their business on Thursday in need of a toilet. They showed me the toilets they had on hand with the specifications. I went home and measured what I curently have and decided to order and have them install. They set an appiontment for the next day by 0830. They called at 0825 in my driveway. The installers were very professional and install took all of 45 minutes and they took the old toilet with them. This company is professional and reliable and their prices are fair. I am happy and impressed because we all know the service trade is laissez-faire in florida. Tuckers will be my plumber of choice.

Needed a replacement part and they had it. If Tucker's Plumbing doesn't have the part you're looking for then you're probably not going to find it. They're a great bunch of guys who were extremely helpful; I know where I'm going from now on for any plumbing issues.

I called Tucker on a Friday morning when my water heater broke, I have to say they were out here within the hour, because we had no water at all. They did do a great job. I was pleased untill I saw the bill. Tucker charged me $800 for a 20 gal water tank, the told me they don't make my water tank anymore, and should be thankful they found one. I live in a mobile home and have no room for a larger one. The next day I called Mobile Home Depot, that had one there for $320. I feel that they didn't look very far to find a tank, and I feel that they ripped me off. My husband and I are 71 years old, we had no water, Tucker took advantage. I will never use the again. And I did pass the word.

They open at 8am, so I called at 8:17. They said they would be out but wouldn't give me a time. My wife called a couple of hours later and they said the same thing. I called again at 3:30 and asked if they really planned on coming out. They said they were. It is now 15 minutes after closing and still nothing. Go somewhere else. I would give no stars but you can't do that here.

The contractor was supposed to call between 8 - 9 AM and didn't. I called the company after 9 am and they said the contractor was at the store loading up and will be at my home within 20 minutes. he never arrived and left a voice message stating he would see me Monday morning. They should have just told me Monday morning appointment! Had no water all weekend.

I was house-sitting for my parents in Cocoa Beach and major back up happened in their house. I'm talking sewage coming out of the shower drain major. I panicked - called everyone I could find on yelp and these guys came out in less than an hour, jumped on the roof (?!? no idea) and fixed it all up with a smile. Their rates were reasonable and their attitudes were lovely. I left their number with my parents for any/all future problems. Thank you for saving Christmas!

Important repair needed to be done. They kept making appointments, postponed one after the other, and finally didn't show, no warning, no explanation. I had to take off work every time, and wait for nothing. Unwilling to waste more time, I called another company

I thought they were going to be great, but from the start, not so much. They were supposed to be at my house at 8am, got there about 9:30. Then the water heater was too big so they had to have someone else bring a smaller one. This was yesterday and this morning I still don't have hot water.... So my grade for them would be a D

As a 20 yr retired Army Officer/War Veteran, this company is one of the most disciplined and knowledgeable I've seen in a long time. They are definitely subject matter expert's in their field of work. A truly respectable and honest business. highly recommend it for anyone that needs plumbing done the right way!
