The drivers for this outfit need better training. Twice I came across the same driver on New Design Rd in Frederick Md, and twice he was on his phone texting while the light was on green. After I honked, the guy proceeded to run the Red light. If they are careless on the road, the are probably careless with THIER work.

Unfortunately, after their visite an envelope with $3.500.00 that was in my closet , in the shelf under my folded shirts gone /disappeared ( I live in a top floor apartment and to get access to the eric to fix the pipe, they had to my closet in my bedroom ).
I called and asked for an appointment. The representative offered 10:00 AM. I told her that would not work. She then offered 10:30 AM. I told her that would work. She then said, okay, after 10:30.
On the day of the appointment, at 11:40 AM, I called to ask where the technician was, I told that I was scheduled for a four hour window. I cancelled the appointment at this point.
I was called several hours later and amanager confirmed that the representative never made clear that it was a four hour service window.
One star because the manager followed up to learn how the service call was mishandled.
We hired Tucker's when we had a copper pipe leak. They did not determine the cause of the leak the night they came out. Cut the drywall in several areas and were wrong about the source of the leak. Came the following day and made the cuts to the drywall even bigger. Don't know why they did this as they already knew the leak was not in that spot. For being experienced plumbers I was not impressed. Quoted $1200 for repair saying they had to remove a vent pipe etc but actually did not end up doing that at all. Repair took a very short time. They ruined the back of the bathroom vanity and of course do not repair all the drywall they damage. They try to create the impression that they are the best and that the job is much more involved than it really is. I think they are dishonest and intentionally misleading. I will never hire them for plumbing again.
They were fantastic. Came exactly when they said they would. Knowledgeable about system. Danya, the plumbing manager went the extra mile to assist us.
H J.I can't say enough good things about Tucker's. Every time we have any sort of problem they get someone out there immediately. It's almost always the same guy and he's terrific. We also have an annual plan with them, which is great.
A follow up to a review written on 5/1/18...
Following contact with the owner Ken Tucker, our money was refunded. This company was very proactive about trying to solve the problem we experienced. Although ultimately Tuckers did not complete the work, we appreciated their attention to our concerns and their effort to set things right.
Their technicians are terrific! They are polite, knowledgeable and hard working. They also wear shoe covers to protect my carpet, which I always appreciate. I've had a service contract with them for 14 years and it has saved me money on more than one occasion.
Tuckers have come to my house a few times now, most recently for my boiler not working. They were quick to respond, and came out the next day. Caroline (I think that is her name) was very sympathetic to my frustration of not having heat.
I had a different HVAC company come out the day before and they replaced the thermocouple but it still wouldn't stay lite.
Tuckers sent Drew who is their technician and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite and was able to diagnose the problem and I had heat that day. My boiler is 50-60 years old and Tuckers have maintained it since 2004. The best part is that they didn't try to cram a new boiler system down my throat (they suggested it because of efficiency) but no hard sale since the one I have still runs. I also found them to be fairly priced. I will continue to call on Tuckers, always a positive experience.
Sanjay R.I called Tuckers to get an estimate on my Heating and Cooling system. I could not believe the price that they were quoting for an Amana System. It was just a heat pump system in a townhouse not too complicated. They are trying to push a low grade product at a higher than market price. I found local companies installing name brand equipment for cheaper and I am glad I got multiple bids.
I realize that the employee that came to the house does not set the prices and is doing his job and I would have used them if it not been for the price and grade of product.
I was really hoping to use them as they are a local small business and I like to support small business.
