Made 2 calls in 3 days, trying to get them to come look at our plumbing issue with NO RESPONSE!!! Ended up calling a different plumber who responded in an hour on the same day.

Their response to our problem was quick, a new water heater. I mean that day!!

If i had not called them, i would have paid almost $1,100 over!

Their work was done within hours and i could not be happier.

I called on a Monday, call back on Tuesday, and Wednesday, they were able to show up early. The tech was very friendly and listened to my concerns. I was given a ballpark estimate of how much, and I was very satisfied. I appreciate the company having most parts on hand. Only had to go back once, and was back very quickly. Work got done within the time he gave, and that was after I added additional task. With today's labor costs, final cost was fair. Tech also said ,that if any problem with this job cropped up, such as a small leak developing ,even after his repairs, he would come back to fix, no worries. It's important for a company to back their work. Will not hesitate to use these guys again. Not having an exact date and time prevented a 5 star rating. Minor issue. Good job, Tucker Plumbing

My mother originally talked to the owner of Tucker Plumbing about some work on a kitchen remodel. ""Just give us 24 hour advance call "" was what she was told. She called everyday for five days and was told they would show up the next day. No one ever showed. The owner FINALLY called her back on a Friday night while we were at dinner and said he would stop by the house the next day. He FINALLY showed up on Sunday afternoon, told her he was leaving for vacation the following day but one of his workers would be by Tuesday or Wednesday. No one ever showed but the owner called Wednesday afternoon and said ""well we got slammed the last two days"". Needless to say she hired someone else.
Since all this has happened and we have shared our experience with Tucker Plumbing, several people have shared with us that this is ""how Tucker operates"".
We will not be calling Tucker in the future nor will we be recommending them to anyone EVER.

Tucker has always come through for us. They could have taken advantage of us and charged more than they did. However, we find them to be very honest. Both times we called they came out the same day.

We've successfully used Tucker in the past. That caused us to call for an estimate for some work we wanted to have done. We were given an estimate and told that we would be called the next week to arrange a time to complete the job. We waited - no call. When we called about it, we were told they had not forgotten us, but with the torrential rain, they had been very busy. After the rain stopped, we called and were again told we had not been forgotten. After another week (this makes it a month later), we called, left a message and did not receive a callback. We made arrangements with another local plumber (Maquet) to do the job - estimate on Monday, work completed Wednesday.
